Both options are meant for different purposes. One is to contain your losses and the other is to maximise your profits.
If you are using UseLoss_by_Batch, it is only right that your hard SL is further away. Otherwise there is no point in setting UseLoss_by_Batch as it will never be activated as your hard/system SL will kick in first.
Trailing by last close candle actually move your hard SL for you to maximise your profits.

Dislikedi have been testing the various options for managing the stop loss on cavemanager and have reached to the following conclusions:
if you plan to use UseLoss_by_Batch or Use_Trail_By_Candle_HL the Stop_Loss option should be set to 0, otherwise in the case of UseLoss_by_Batch the options are never triggered if they are lower than the Stop_Loss value, and in the case of Use_Trail_By_Candle_HL it generates contradicting settings (i could see that the platform alternates between both SL values when this option turns active).
