yes i am surprised on the recent move, probably was overdone because of the unstable condition in Libya.
for jpy, i have my turnover date on 7th March, may be it will become a low , and get back up later.
my long term target is 85+. let's see how the market interact on 7th March.
p.s. even if it drops, it shouldn't be lower than 80.00, so the loss is limited

i think ur turnover date on 21st feb is correct, just when trading these turnover points, should wait for the market to show a bullish sign before placing a trade. the low on 21st feb is 3 days late, just like the prior high should be on 12th feb but it came 3 days late on 15th feb.
i think the market is now in bullish mood and should move up past 7th mar, the bullish movement will end on 20th mar, spring equinox.

mw219, i am looking at ichimoku with wd gann time element. i have done some rough study and would like your following feedback. if your ebook has something to offer that i can work it out as my picture, i have high interest in your ebook. is the gann time element appicable on the h4,h1,m30,15?
sorry that I am not familiar with Ichimok's work, do you know how it derives the last little drop on the green line? It is the same as my viewpoint (for the decrease part), it looks interesting.
The W.D. Gann tool which I shared on the guidebook applies to all time frame and all stock/ Forex/ commodities.

The last drop of the green line is called the chikou. It is the line derived from the close of the current price and bring behind 26 period.

I have high interest on this topic because i know a trader who trades using ichimoku and gann. He gives very very precise forecast. Unfortunately, he stopped his forex service already as it was too hectic.
It is good to read this thread. I have been studying Gann for sometime and since USDJPY is one of the pairs in discussion here, I would like to post my prediction for this pair too.
I think USDJPY will start the bullish movement by the end of this week, i.e. 4th Mar 2011, then it will go up until 4th April 2011, when Jupiter reaches 15 degrees 33 minutes. This will also mark the anniversity of the 4th April 2010 top. Market should go down from there.
just review the earlier forecasts i got. the jpy will reach 85 soon, just i predicted the move too early.

I got a new calculation on GBP, Long term trend to be down, will hit 1.540 around 1/2 year later, in which there will be 2 minor top where you can sell besides now.

other than time near to those dates where there will be upward market, most of them shall be downward market.
