The euro appears to be finding support at the moment. Hammers are showing up on the charts 4h and 1h. eurgbp is in the negative while the eurcad is still in the positive but losing the profit by the minute.

i have a target for EURCAD of 3385ish and then 3320ish if it can get past that
-- but i myself have no low risk short entry at current prices

for EURGBP i have no bias

This week price opened below weekly pivot 1.3443 but still above the monthly pivot. After the monthly pivot re-draw on 03.01.11 I may go short if the price is below both the pivots.

EURGBP neutral for now

set-up hasnt formed yet but looking at potential short around 0.9810,
with TP 0.9750ish and then 0.9710ish

Currently I have a setup at 0.9759 but if the price creeps above I may get another setup for short nullifying the current setup. Thanks for your view.

BTW are u watching the ICC Worldcup? Today's ENG vs IND game was pretty good.

I'd be very cautious in shorting GBPCHF now, it is sitting on top of a major support level, for me a good short will be on confirmation of 1.4860 break.

You were right on the eurcad. This bird has flown. Still believe we are on the way down though. However I am starting to believe the price is right now for a sell. We have just rallied to resistance

No It wasnt that I moved the stop too early as price has blown past where I put my stop. The trade was wrong and I was lucky to get out at b/e

This can explain the behaviour of the markets today - the listless movement, the retracements, the general blah today. It might be better to wait till all the important news is out

@3491 stop above the high of the day

cad data came out stronger than expected. so the usdcad hammer has turned into a full down candle now. Hopefully it will travel down hard...
