3 lines right programed into the ea

done but think what is 3 mw now

is it the price in relation to the 3 bars programed in to the 15 minute frame?

so what is the sigifiace of 3mws method

price now in relationship with the last formed bar isnt it?

trading with the trend in time frames

so think what im asking why 15 minutes

how much profit can you make in pure 3 mw ?

trend range of 3mw brians inside bar and extra on breakout of the fractual of those lines?

Although not related to this thread EA, I consider it huge because it could lead to a possible auto optimized basket EA that reads the next basket conditions from a file, for eample, sent from an statistical program.

This reminds me of a thread on integration/StatArb ( http://www.forexfactory.com/showthread.php?t=262827 ) that 7bit started, but there was no way of sending the pairs to an EA from his indi that could write the file. Lets see if the dots can be connected and the pips cashed

seems good for scalping no problems over $300 profit so far testing

21 scalps very pleased with progress

Having monitored this system for a few days (which as we know is no time at all in the grand scheme of things) I'm aware that the risk/reward ratio seems to be quite high in its OOTB form. Over 10:1. In itself this isn't a huge problem if people realise this from the outset and adjust their lot size accordingly.

But if they dont' and they over trade (which most small traders tend to anyway), there will come a point when a number of trades will take an adverse excursion all at the same time which will blow their account.

So, the lesson is, even if the system has a longterm positive expectation (which is possible but not probable), you need to make sure your lot size is appropriate to your account size.

hehe... this is where i started to design my ProfitBasket indi about 2 months ago...
Its original purpose was to explore 7bit's awesome developments using "R".
I have a modified arb-o-mat EA that saves the "R" output into the CSV basket file, so that it can be imported from other EAs, indis, or scripts for "assisted manual" entries (not easy to load and fire 7 guns with different types of bullets in different directions at the same time; i'm not Neo yet, not even Morpheus...);
Then use Steve's MPTM to close the Basket on profit target
-- just like Steve's been doing last week here with B!

Hi guys,

I have read your posts all this afternoon....come up with following points.

1 apply on 15m

2 trade all currencies

3 Daliy target = 2% stop loss=10%

4 best trading hours are Euro open to NY open...may be?

5 trading in Demo only

I'm a little not sure about the MM, supposeing...I have &1000 account, the TP is $20 SL is $100, how many pairs should I trade and how much lots size should I use?

you have your day trading times as 3-12 what gmt offset are you in

Hi Guys,
I had the EA running overnight in the Asian session whilst I slept with the sets posted by Steve.

When I woke it had successfully closed 2 separate baskets of 50 pips profit.
However, the EA does not stop when it reaches the 50 pips. It closes all trades but then begins another cycle.

So when I got to my computer yes it had successfully closed 2 baskets of 50 pips but it had continued working and was 200 pips down.

Is there a way to shut off the EA, when we are not at the computer, once it has closed all trades with the 50 pips profit? To me that's the day done.

In my opinion your TP and SL are way too high for your account size. They should be 10% of their current values for an account of $1000.
This is exactly why such account get blown away. You should not risk more than 1% (2% at absolute most) on each trade. Personally I think the concept of daily targets is flawed because markets simply don't work in such a uniform way.
