Hope you got in on this one. It has flown to the upside. I was waiting for a better price... Sometimes for the sake of 10-15pips one misses 50. It just doesnt make sense sometimes

A dailt chart is uploaded for your consideration. We are attacking a top for the 2nd time and price is coiling (imho) for an upmove.
Price above the 100sma
stoch upwards pointing
price forming an ascending triangle (not shown on chart)

Attached is a daily chart, this pair has been in an ascending channel for the past 9 months, it just broke a major resistence @ 88.00 and is now heading north.
Fundamentals are also favorable for CHF as it is considered as safe haven currency while the Lybian conflict is goign to the wrong way.

I went long @ 88.32, SL 87.40 and TP open.

Just donated 25pips to the market. Lunchtime trade.
Sold the audusd @.9993 and was stopped out for 25pips.

How do you get your head round all your positions? I am happy enough to open one and babysit it for a week. Means you have more time during the 9-5 to check them out.

i dont envy those with a real job and trying to squeeze in trading where they can.........lunch-time trades, sounds like pressure Olu.

but if you can build a strategy around your other obligations, in theory it can work

needless to say, if you cant get the whole week to yourself to trade, be good to at least have the full Thurs and FRi to trade

This is the way it is supposed to work. And I have been doing this for about 18 months after going round the houses and paying my dues to the forex world.

I research and enter trades (if according to strategy) at the end of the day between 10pm and 1am uk time. I check the trade out in the morning between 7am and 8am uk (where I may enter trades too, if required). Lunchtime at work is for just looking at already placed trades and possible new ones that are not yet there (you will notice my posts are a lot around 1-2.30pm uk time). Lunch time according to my system is not for new trades and I have found this helps me to sit on my thumbs (or mouse finger!).

I find that most of my lunchtime trades do not have the backing of my usual thoughfulness and deliberation so a higher percentage go wrong

Long and short of this: Stick to the tried and tested plan

I am seriously bearish on the eurjpy. I did get some pips from this pair this week so it has been good to me. As per the uploaded chart price is playing around the wedge breakdown point. Stochastics is pointing down too. Momentum is to the downside so even if it doesnt go down a lot it shouldnt tear to the upside.

Eurchf. We are going to the 24area imho but it is going to be a tortuous journey and stomach churning experience. I was looking for a bounce to 2980 area to sell but price never got there

Technical danage has been done on this chart.
0.7500 has given way - bearish
Stochastics have turned down - on the daily and weekly - super bearish
a weekly high has been in place for 7 weeks. The last channel candle could not even make it to the channel high - bearish

imho this is a long term sell. It is carry negative. So we dont want to be in this during a lengthy consolidation period. We need it to go impulsively down

Agree NZDUSD is long term short but it seems to lost the steam for this week as it got support at weekly S2[0.7458], S3[0.7412] and monthly S2[0.7418]. If it closes below 0.7400 then it may go till 0.7300. But for now it may go up till 0.7550 area

I did miss this one.. this week.....
