DislikedThis is a coin toss without logic. When an EA open both EURUSD and USDCHF in same direction then something is wrong.Ignored

DislikedJust a question - (I have read the thread but just so i ma sure)
Once a w formation is drawn are we trading the up leg of the w or looking for set ups along this leg and continually looking for long set ups until a m formation is established. - If in a trade a down leg movement once the last part of the w leg is complete can be used as an exit
sorry if to everyone elese this is clearIgnored
DislikedNot really clear to me also, I do not plan to use the indi in isolation, the rules in Post 1 need to be followed.
BTW: Updated indi hereIgnored
DislikedMaybe correlation calculations should be standard in every EA. Can be the missing link to success.Ignored
DislikedThank you very much sir. A first class indicator, this will make it crystal clear to those of us who are either too lazy to too uninformed to find our own patterns.
My understanding is when we have LH & LL we are looking for shorts and when we have HH & HL we are looking for longs. As for the exit strategy BRIAN can shed more light on this, however, logic dictates that as soon as we have a change of LH/LL and HH/HLs this would also signal the end of one trend and beginning of a new one and hence an exit is in order. DislikedWhat seeting did you use, i tried the close all trades at 2% gained which worked but took 2.5 days to do and at one point was 43% dd a bit scary even for demo - for a gain $98Ignored
DislikedSteve, Brian,
a clarification question about how Square is supposed to be computed:
is it price extension over the 3 H4 bars preceeding the current H4 bar, excluding this H4 bar ?
So that would be a 12 hours sliding window, right ?
As H4 bars boundaries will depend on your broker's GMT offset, shouldn't we rather turn that into H1 bars calculations (which are not sensitive to GMT offset) ?
So the Square would rather be the 12 H1 bars preceeding the last 4 H1 bars, the current H1 bar being included in those last...Ignored
Dislikedits good i think for the ea developers to have feed back
thank you from BrianIgnored
Dislikedthank you Brian for sharing this strategy with us here, and sorry I haven't say it before...so it looks that among Nanningbob V5 & The Beast, this Steve's bot will be the 3th one , to complete trading arsenal....
cheers
ps/ Steve and Brian, this strategy is similar to strategy of the breaking high/low on the 4H bars (continuation of trends or breaking of it, if there is the M & W patterns)...maybe it is worth to try it on 4h bars with closer SL or OCO trades , or even with great( my and Steve's) recovery system 1-1-2-4?Ignored
