additionally: how are you supposed to use thv dasboard? I have problems with adding more than one pair as well. best regards

Do not worry. I have not forgotten. My main business takes away a lot of time. Also I define SAH setting.
Indicator Vudi I took on other site, the private message I can give the reference. This indicator is as much as possible approached to the original indicator. When I will be defined with SAH setting, I will explain that show multi-coloured points on the indicator and than it is possible to replace them.

the dash board is now running. I understand the principle behind it too, yet ''how'' do you actually ''read'' it?

Does anyone know a script that can set the SL based on the ATR (3x ATR(20)SL) and the TP with 1/2 ATR after the trade is running? If not, is there a script that can set the SL and TP based on the entry price in points (not price)? Both would help very much.

Hello Trader3000, thanks for the ea. The problem is that I already use an ea. I can't use two. But the ea is good. Maybe I can find a use for it later. So I need a script for the sl/tp (based on price or ATR).

Does anyone have something like that?

1) This trade is meant to be taken at the first point where you have the 15 m trix crossed up, the 5m trix crossed up and the 1m trix fast in favor of the trade - which in this case looks to me like it happened on the previous fast trix color change from red to green. There is also a time element to watch out for here. If the first time you get a signal is more than 3-5 bars after the 5 m trix has flipped you should think twice about taking the trade. (Wisdom from Dean Malone)

2) I have tested this trade specifically only for the EURUSD pair. The logic behind it is that this pair is like an aircraft carrier. Once it gets going it with the kind of momentum it takes to flip both rainbows and get all three trixes lined up it usually can't just turn on a dime, so we are counting on that inertia for the 10 pips. I'm not sure how true that is for other pairs.

3) We are also counting on the EURUSD dominating the market which for the most part (with some exceptions like month EC payments at month end and interest rate statements it does). I don't know how the cable was today but the London traders were massively long the EURUSD from the open. That means that the day traders have to get short the EURUSD starting at somewhere about 16:44 GMT+1 in order to go home flat. (For example if you look at the EURUSD pair for that time you see that you dont have a long signal and that it was already turning, and all the dollar buying that involves can affect the smaller pairs, which is why I prefer to take signals on the EURUSD). You can see this happen often about 45 minutes to an hour before the London close.

4) You need to pay attention to the shape of the 1m trix. You don't want to see the 1m trix in that 'wishbone' shape with the fast trix sloping strongly down and the spread between them still widening. You want to see the fast trix flattening out near zero and the spread between them narrowing as in fact is doing at the previous cross up which was the correct entry.

Yes, the previous signal was obviously the correct one (I was in it, but only for 8 Pips) and I did not take the marked one either, whereby I considered the M5 trix cross too old and additionally the THV RSI on M5 was overbought.-I am careful when I determine this.

Do you only trade the EUR/USD? Sometimes you have an improper long signal on EURUSD, but a proper short signal on USDCHF or the GBPUSD signal looks just much better than the EURUSD one.

You're welcome! I only trade EURUSD. I've tried the cable but not
sucessfully. Psychological I think - just trading one currency that
I know well gives me more courage.

Also I do think the EURUSD dominates and that its action can mess up signals in the other pairs. I started out by trading the Cowabunga system at Baby pips (which I documented for over a year and which I did not find to be profitable if traded exactly according to the specified rules. However I did find a profitable way to trade it by looking at a set of indicators on the cable, the swissy, the eurousd and the beast and giving a weighting factor to the points on each one. The problem was that this was a real pain to calculate and I eventually figured out that what really mattered was giving disproportionate weight to the signal on the Euro so I figured that if it is the bull in the China closet why not just trade it?)

I dont understand point #4, would you please elaborate abit further ? I thought a strong indication would be the trix widening is this not correct ?
Look at something long enough, you will eventually get it.
