Here you go, results without MM, i will try to play with your settings to make it indi based exits , even if more amount of negative trades will double hopefully amount of lost pips could be decreased.

Thanks for that Vitaliy, I am glad you could help me. I am looking forward to see what you come up with using indi based exits and will throw that in with the results, hopefully you will have the results and set file done before start of trade so I can forward test it for the week, if you are happy with the results that is.

M1 is harder to test because THV4 TRIX MTF indicator works only for some certain amount of bars and after that it shows all green or all red squares, so I'm only able to test see 2 days back on m1 chart, will try one more thing before giving up on M1 chart lol

Hi Vitaliy would i be able to see the adjustments you did to the set file I would be interested in seeing how you think it could be improved.

hmm sorry, I didn't save the results, but basically I tried to use exits on 5 and 15 fast and slow indi, with no difference at all , that was just a try. Can't really work with M1 chart because when I apply indi to 1M chart it givers me only 2 days of charts with indis and then data doesn't look right

Ah i see what you are doing, but i didn't know we could exit on the 5m or 15 m fast colour change, what is the settings for that if i wanted to exit on the fast 5M colour change. Looked at the EA but couldn't see it. Or if it is easier could you pls apply it to a set file.

Alright looked at one of your old set files and worked it out, now just trying to get it to work for me in a positive way.

Alright looked at one of your old set files and worked it out, now just trying to get it to work for me in a positive way.
That is the hardest way ))) today I'm planing to rework my old file for M5 chart and try some new rules with fresh signals like fresh cross and possible no Damiani filter with exits when THVTrix slow is changing direction (??) another day of exploring lol

I'm new to this thread and it is impossible to go trough 254 pages.
Could somebody post the latest version of THV EA and the most proven setting.template. It looks like 'Yasd810' is using well balanced settings.

Sorry yasd810, I missed that post, if you just put your set file in a zip folder and attach it we can test it for you and maybe somebody can come up with something you missed, Vitaliy and exking have some exp with the EA, I am sure they could suggest some adjustments if any are needed.
I have tried many set (backtesting and forward) in these months but still can't find a profitable set. Can anyone share a profitable set and guide me to do with it. I can backtest your set and provide the result you. THX!!!
i was able to make in profitable in trending marked,but once it goes in to ranging its done all profit is lost, if I filter that somehow my entries will be late

I think I found a set interesting but I need a new filter : Enter a max ADX.

Is it possible to add that for the next release?

I for a long time test sets in tester - not good, the results strongly differ from real trade and can't help to optimize set. Now I test EA in forvard, results is not bad
I use MA_trend and fast trix 1000
Couldn't optimize yet SL, TP and MM

I offer add in EA possibility to define not only price position after the relation to МА, but also distance between МА the various periods
