Adjusting CCI Arrows indicator

Hey sup all...i know all that have heard of me hate be but oh well! lol
Anyways i am trying to adjust this indicator CCIarrows....i got it working some what but its still not picking up all the signals....So if anyone that codes MQL will help that would be great..

I have attached a picture the red lines are where i thought it would place an arrow also but i guess i didnt adjust the code right...

For the indicator PM me and i will send....I dont want alot of newbies to DL it and use a indicator that is not working proper.
