can someone explain this?
why are the feeds not the same?
they both claim to be ECN Brokers.
I just don't get it. if they both was really ECN
wouldn't the feed be exactly the same?
I only have these two to compare atm,
but it looks like one of them are manipulating the price

It's been said before.

Different brokers can give different prices since there is no central forex market as in the stock market.
All you are seeing is two different brokers with different sources of liquidity giving different prices based on their different sources.
Comparing broker prices is like comparing the price of a box of frozen chicken at two different supermarkets. It is unlikely though not impossible that both supermarkets would have the same price for the same box of chicken.

they can if using another trade platform, not with MT4

ummm .4 of a pip? the sky is falling? Thats just a price in efficiency.... You can actually take advantage of that if there is liquidity there... I am not telling you how though.
