A short GBPJPY order pending (stop entry) was just skipped over It simply vanished at 10.07 02:07:16
[Price: 128.900 SL 132.692 TP 119.887]
The reply from support was: "There was no reliable quotes at that moment so the order was not executed."
I understand that low liquidity can cause slippage or an order with a SL or TP tighter than the current spread wouldn't execute but this order has SL and TP 100's of pips apart from entry. I was willing to tolerate quite a bit of slippage so this order was left pending during low liquidity periods.
I have never noticed any other brokers doing this and the same order on tickmill ECN was filled with 10 pips slippage negative on entry and 20 pips positive slippage at tp.
Has anyone else experienced anything like this?
