I would go short at 28.300. ST and TP depends on your profit goals. Note: break through can be not strait and clear, so you ST have to be high.

Breakouts are hard. There's something called the "squeeze." Market makers love to do it to people. The third test is usually the highest percentage play for a breakout, but in truth, the best pro I know gave up on breakouts... and this guy is no joke. He could make money with them, but the work and stress and timing, etc, etc.... it was all too much.

Look for retracements into longer trend....

Man, you will have to take your chances every single trade....No one can tell you for sure if the breakout will turn out to be successful or fake....

Bearish divergence shows the pullback in the works.

I like trade breakout too.. But sometimes it will retrace after break or just continue fallin / jumping.. It's difficult to put proper SL too, based in the chart.. This is example from the aussie, how it had break the channel and continue fallin yesterday:
