DislikedAdi, I think J16 can take those trades that are maybe B trades because he knows exactly where they will have trouble. It's really coming home to me that the FTA is as close to the holy grail as it gets.
That is why we have been doing WIPG with so so bars.Ignored
DislikedI agree that FTA is really powerful thing. However many times it is MUCH closer to entry than initial SL. So one full bar stop will kill 2-3 FTA TP's. So still not Holy Grail. I was thinking of the ways to make my SL smaller (to make RR close to 1:1 or something), but it doesn't look to be advantageous....Ignored
DislikedThank you Mark. Maybe I need more time and practice. I also had overtrading problems before. Now I don't 9 trades in 5 months is not much really. I was making that per day (and sometimes could be profitable for a few months).
A+ trade is something I need to develop myself. I understand this.
The most difficult thing for me is seeing James examples (for whom I have a great respect - that is true) taking trades that otherwise many many people here would consider Weak trades. That's one huge confusion! I even talked to him about this, he said...Ignored

DislikedHi Adi,
If you´re in the PF ill recommend you to check out Mike´s past trades and the recorded webinars, you really learn why and what he´s looking for to take a trade, different possible FTA depending on the strength of the trend... size of the bar etc...
Based on my experience.. it really helped to know when its a A, B or C setup.

DislikedScreen video question.
I am using Camstudio and have it cranked down to the lowest frame rate that does not cause screen blur when moving.
However even so, a 5 or 10 min video ends up being like 150 MBs.
How do they make a 15 min video on the PF and get the size down to around 8 Mb?
Any ideas folks?Ignored
DislikedI battled with this problem quite a bit. Was a real pain the butt for Mike I am sure but I eventually sorted it out
Before recording the video, hit the tools option on your recorder (see first pic). Go to options and make sure you're saving your recorded file as an AVI file and not a camrec file (see second pic). Camrec files are large and even after production the size does not reduce enough.
That said when you produce your video, make sure you're producing it as a windows media file.
An original AVI file used to produce a windows media file...Ignored
DislikedThanks Ghous, but they are AVI files already.
EDIT: What program is that and is it a free one or a paid version?
Also, I think this is not the same program.Ignored
DislikedOh!
Which program is this, I thought your were talking Camtasia Studio 7

DislikedHey john.
These charts should help. They show the power of a strong PPZ level and how it is important for our PA to close above or below them.
Beside the strong move up (thanks Adilius), we see that the BEOB failed to close below this PPZ level. Notice that once it did close below . .bearish movement happened, although no obvious bearish PA was present. PA formations, even at their proper swing point, are only part of the story . .Ignored

DislikedHi Jaroo,
This second chart in your post--in the middle the red bearish bar highlighted in light blue looks like a great opportunity to have gone short, am I right? Price closed through support, retested new resistance, and took off south. Then the next bar when up north through the resistance. This is a case where a good setup should have been taken probabilistically, but failed, correct? ..Ignored
