Another look at EUROCAD.

I see PPZ's at 1.3062, 1.2932, 1.2895 and 1.2744. Also, if you pull a fib from the 12.14 high, a fib tool lines up nicely with past price and the PPZ's.

Hello KF, but we want to see BEOB's at swing highs with room to move, not at swing lows right before PPZ? I don't understand, looks as it is about to bounce any minute...

Sorry about the confusion Adilius. I am just showing the ppz's that are high probability to trade to if you are already in short, or to buy off of later if you so desire. I agree tha a break of this BEOB is not the best selection to trade if you are looking at risk. It is my observation that this mkt moves in an order. I like to see the PPZ's and fib levels in agreement. Personal preference.

I'm sure you know the importance of the classroom syllabus, as a student. To better understand this material and how to approach it, the 1st post is our syllabus.

Many try to cut corners and bypass it. Only to return to the 1st post and follow it closely. There are many links there to help you through it.

I have a problem entering in this kinda of breaks as 60% of the time we dont have a retest and thats when I know or have learned to enter on them.

Could you tell me how do you enter ?

Im just talking about breakouts in general..how do you enter ? Do you wait for a retest of jump on them as soon as they break.

Yes . .I'm sure the percentage changes as it relates to retracements due to it's TF and the level its breaking.

As a general breakout of a level ? . . . . I would prefer PA as its trigger to take a general break out of a level. Like the Inside Bar that followed once Price broke through. This gave a clear Stop Loss placement above the IB or the 83.00. But we had to contend with the Daily Lows, traffic (green lines).

Definitely a viable trade . .strong downward momentum.

You nailed it well enough pin bar.

What you explained in that flurry of posts is practically all there is to it. All we do is combine a pair of slower MAs with faster MAs and notice the reactions off them when price touches them either for the first time after crossing them, or when it pulls towards them after some time.

An important thing to note is that like the j16 style of trading the BASE is also more a method than a system. The rules are not set in stone. You could use a variety of longer term and shorter term MAs. You could touch trade...

Its not really a method . .is more of a way of qualifying a PPZ level as acting as Support or Resistance by how it closes above or below. Once this is established, PA can show us the way . . .Bullish PA at Support . . Bearish PA at Resistance.
