Probably wont be very much volume in the market, but here is my view of eur/usd off 1hr.

Here's my look at the EUR fwiw...The more I look at markets the more symmetry I see.

gbp/usd testing median line for the first time, but it's the asian session so lets see what happens. I tend to avoid asia.


Anyone else avoid asia or are there good trades?

I would be looking to get short! Look at the count on the 4hr, the larger trend is still down imo

why short?...it looks like e/u is clearly trying to break to the upside...

can you post a chart?

Yea, this is my count in the EUR. Expecting the 5 pivot to form and take out the lows, but we will see. I don't see the count on your chart, do you use it?

Keen eye for spotting those symmetrical/repeating moves. Seems to me like somebody wants "X" number of pips when they trade. So, if you can anticipate their flow, then you might have an idea when they are going to trade.

I have to agree with you BigPipin...think it is trying to go north. Per my chart view it has made an important transition. Would like another test of green, dashed "What-If" fork or red L-MLH. Will have to see how much strength is in the move.

Elliot Wave? No. I've been interested in it, but I couldnt find anyone that ever traded it successfully. Seemed to always work better in theory than in practice, but perhaps I'm wrong?..

anyway, here is that eur/jpy trade that I got slaughtered on last night as I slept confidently .

Well price pushed up some then fell...in the area of support I was thinking of in the earlier post. (Posted earlier chart here for easy comparison). This will be an interesting place to watch I think. Not sure if this corresponds to your P5 ShanB. Not to mention the effects of US financial news...who knows what announcements are coming that could affect this pair. Just gotta go with the flow...

To give a brief explanation...there is a built in probability of success with the lines of the fork that is based on the force of the price swing from Pivot 2 to Pivot 3. Trendlines, to my knowledge, don't have a built-in, statistical relationship to each other.

...and that is very brief. Pitchforks are so much more.
