DislikedHi folks,
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
Good to see the thread is still going strong, looking forward to 2011.
I plan to get back into J16 after detouring into automated trading, which I have hit too many barriers at.
I finally have a decent nut to make a serious go of this, which was always the issue that held me back (something that Jim mentioned a lot). Need a few months to get back up to speed. Nothing below daily for me.

DislikedPinbar, great charts. You are grasping things much faster than I did. Your last two charts are nearly identical to mine.

DislikedYeah, it is funny how we know something, then a few days later, we don't!
It's sort of like going PPZ blind and we see them everywhere except the ones we really need to see.
That is why, I practice drawing PPZ on 25 pairs, everyday.Ignored
DislikedI think it had something to do with me switching from candlestick to bar charts lately. On bar charts I often don't really know if lows/highs or closes are the way to go. Switched to candlesticks again yesterday and found it much easier. I will follow your example and practice drawing them every day. Thanks for your inspiration once again.
Don't know exactly what you mean. Do you mean on my old charts I posted here?Ignored

DislikedNot sure what you mean HS, Candlesticks and bar charts open and close are exactly the same.Ignored
DislikedHey PB, yes I know. I find closes are harder to spot on bar charts, especially when zooming out (probably comes with practice) while candlestick charts look a bit more unclear to me at the first sight.
Thanks for the weekly-to-4h-advice. I will give it a try.Ignored
