I don't think it was scaling out it was something else.

Yes, I remember people saying LOCATION, LOCATION & LOCATION.

Also, I have loads of notes of J16 taking small IBs like that, if they have their back to the wall.

hello ztc,
he was asking if u know what time (in GMT, EST, etc) the 4H & 8H charts (of Netdania) closes. when will the next 4h & 8h bar/candle close?
for example, on IBFX MT4, in less than 4 hours time from now (it is 1.17pm, local time), another 4H bar/candle will form/close.

hope that makes sense
