skipped my eu short plan, didn't like the candle. maybe in 4h

Hi guys,

I am a normal H4 trader and have been enjoying this forum for several days now having made some small successful trades. Really like Phillip's work!

Anyway, just curious since he discusses some H1 trading and even down on M5, is anyone using the modified MACD to support trades on lower TFs?

I presume one's success rate drops as you lower your TF, although in playing around with M15 looks pretty good. Non-scientific small sample here by me.

I've never tried 15 min, but I've tried 5 min, don't work to well.

By the way, to Pipstert2 and others in the forum who live in the western hemisphere, DO YOU FOLKS CHOOSE TO/FIND IT NECESSARY TO GET UP FOR LONDON to trade this stategy?

I'm in GMT -8 time and it pretty much reverses my day and night.

Anybody just working the NY open hours?

6 candles per day, isn't many trades per day. In fact, i've only made 6 trades in 9 days.

Took 69 pips.

Lossed 50, and got it back with 69.

Fair enough. I think you are kindly telling me to join the party to take a look at that 3 am candle. The other five are fine obviously.

Pips, by the way, are you looking at more than the EU? Seems this is Phillip's favorite pair, although he looks at other majors.

I'm in the UK and to start trading it's best to get up for Frankfurt open at 7am..new 4hr candle.......however it's not neccessary as often a new candle starting with a major market opening can be deceptive at times.

I'll trade GU also, but right now, i've missed a few GU trades.
