Hi Vic Elc, just wanted to introduce myself and say thanks for this thread and explanations on Ichi! I have been interested in Ichi for some time but until I came across this thread did not fully understand it. This link was also a great help.

I am a long time visitor of Forexfactory and following this thread.

I have ideas for two indicators which will be helpful in trading with Ichimoku.

1. It will show colour/ direction of future Kumos in user defined TFs (smaller TF traders wont need daily, weekly, monthly TFs, so an option to choose the TFs will be better. However, M1 to H4 will be there at least). This indicator will update in real time, but may have an option for closed candle.

If multiple currency pairs (user defined) can be shown on single chart (separate window), that will be further helpful.

2. An indicator showing future kumos breaking future kumos in real time and on closed candle.

These indicators will be helpful to juniors like me who are learning Ichimoku system.

One thing i noticed about the sheet upon during london opening, u will always find the jpy pairs very strong. This is because it is the asian hour moving into london hour. I realised that the real move in the london hour usually shows up after 30mins london open.

That is true. I find that London open can often provide a fakeout and that it normally takes until the end of the first hour for the true trend to either resume or gain speed in current direction.

You will also notice either a reversal or increase in trend speed leading into the hour before european close each day.

Definitely worth considering before trade entry on longer time frames.

That said if you are entering 5min and 15min charts then this closing of Asian and closing of Europe can be profitable but it needs more micro management.

EURUSD

Next levels of support are around 1.3148 and 1.3080.

If you aren't short in this trade at the moment but are looking to get in then maybe look for retracements to Ks on lower time frames if price rebounds off these levels.

Extended targets for EURUSD include daily kumo base and previous lows around 1.2980.

AUDUSD
I hope some of you guys took my advice on the AUDUSD divergence yesterday. It is up 130 pips from my short entry @ 0.9910 area but 0.9950 saw some good short term failure in the momentum.

Look for prices to continue to the daily Ts around 0.9750 and then daily kumo base around 0.94 with weekly TS as my preferred bottom in this move lower at the moment. Note 4hr kumo base and weekly pivot support 1 levels have some confluence around the 0.9650 level so this may be a good time to lock in some profits by taking half off or moving stop losses down to the 0.9775 area.

Also my gold suggestion yesterday is starting to pay off as well. I am trading this myself however it is quite volatile so if you are not experienced in trading gold maybe trade the AUDUSD as a proxy as it is not as nasty when it turns against you.

Think it's time to cut my losses on that trade.

I should have waited for the candle on H4 to close below Kumo and for the CS to move in to open space before entering.

I think target is 0.8331, look future kumo H4, is very thin, this is a very good signal for me. But be carefull.
