Thank you so much Boris, I've cleared my grid and got the colored MACD, so much easier to spot now

Correct me if I'm wrong; so you only enter when MACD conforms with the trend. And do you place your stops at the EMAs or highs and lows?I see you're using RSI too...how does it help?

Lastly, is it necessary that I change my broker then?I'd hate to know if my price charts had been inaccurate all along. Sorry for asking so much!

Yes, I am still learning also, so I enter when the MACD is with the trend. Stop loss depends, sometimes i use highs and lows, other times it's EMAs...
I use RSI just for the conformation. You don't need to change the broker.. I think that everyone here have different brokers...

I downloaded the indicator but it doesn't have the RSI on the bars like yours. How do you make the RSI line on top of the color bars?

You can just drag the RSI from custom indicators to the RSI Bars...setting as I can see is 8.

Alright Boris, I'll stick to this broker for now...unless our signals differ far too much

How do I drag the RSI out of custom to the RSIbar in MT4? I can't move the RSI line to the RSI bar. HOw did you do it?

In navigator, under indicators, find RSI and just drag and drop.

this is the first i've used MACD to any extent to trade......looking back it looks great but i've just watched it repaint changing a closed line/candle (2 lines in) from green to red?

I'm using MACD coloured v106 indi.....is this common?

Waiting if the $ will close above the resistance. If the 4h bar closes above red line I am going long...

hello Borism

I bought UJ earlier on break of 84.200 (above last candle to bounce off 21ema), was looking to close half at the resistance (84.38) but just closed out at BE on news..

enter short GU at 1.5585 and AJ (looking to take some at 81.00 area)

eurusd bounces off tl an passes through 200sma. either daily entry tonight or early entry on 4h if it shows ...

hooray for news..........lost -18 on AJ, after taking half on GU (+70) the other half went for BE, the news has just pulled my EJ from -80 to +20 (which i took) and I got in on the CJ as mention which hit TP +60 (89sma).
