Creating Template for Multiple Charts

Is there any way of setting up a template when using multiple charts? If you are doing a lot of testing using different charts, EA's and time frames, it would sure save you a lot of setup time. And, instead of having to set it up each time, if you want to refer back to a specific configuration, all you need to is call up the template. I know you can do this with each chart individually but, I don't know if you can do it with multiple charts?

Is it not File ---> Profiles ---> Save As...

That will save the entire layout of all currently open charts with their respected templates.
Then to load do, File ---> Profiles and choose layout needed...

There's one thing I don't like about it though. It looks like once you change something, whether you save the profile again or not, it incorporates that change so, when you go to open the profile later, it displays the most recent changes, not the original version that you saved. Is that because it views it more as a work in process?

Yes, thats right.

So save it twice, 'Profile1' and 'Profile2' or whatever you want to call them.

Then do all work on 'Profile2'..... use it...... change it etc,.... when you want to go back to 'orginal setup' use 'Profile1' again and as soon as you open it, save it again as 'Profile2' and then use 'Profile2' and leave alone 'Profile1'
