This shows that the dollar index was strengthen or we can look at the dollar index chart.
great, then we can use the $DAX to identify the direction of the USD againest the other pairs, but what if we have to trade GBP CHF !!!!!, is there any wat the $DAX can hep us identify if the GBP is strong now or weak or the CHF is strong or weak !!!

I have just moved to Alpari and from what I understand they don't have the USDX as an option.

I have an old GFT account that I think i will re-enable so that I have access to the USDX, anyone any other ideas where to get the USDX chart, other than a Java based website? i.e preferably in MT4

www.netdania.com is java based and free. it has usdx.

EUR/USD & GBP/USD moves inversely with USD/CHF

then we have a problem because of our different brokers
some have the DAX some doesn't , we need to align our work ,
we have to find a way that makes our BOSS ( the sheet ) tells us who is strong and who is weak !!!

what about giving points to currencies accornding to the sheet signal

as an example if the sheet tells us to buy eur usd then we give the eur +1 and the USD -1
and for the neutral ones we dont give points


lets see how this will look on our sheet

EUR USD SELL EUR -1 USD +1
USD CHF BUY USD +1 CHF -1
USD JPY BUY USD +1 JPY -1
AUD USD SELL USD +1 AUD -1
GBP USD SELL USD +1 GBP -1

and the rest is neutral

USD 5
AUD -1
eur -1
chf-1
jpy -1
gbp -1

what do u think guys !!!!

Do you think maybe we probably only need to score the EUR, the USD and the GBP..? That should give bias for all the major crosses?

...Also perhaps before the start of each session we could all agree on the days settings for the Sheet, so we are all seeing the same data?

if we are able to make the sheet count the points for the USD, EUR and GBP then it can counts for the rest of the pair , i think this will give us very good overview of the market condition and will for sure eliminate a lot of false signals

any one is pro using excel can help us in this !!!

Oh geez, i need some help with this spreadsheet thing.
If only i can set it for the price vs kumo, it can auto detect and set all the points and auto calculate, that would be great.

I'll try work it out when i wake up later. It's 5am

Have posted this long time ago... Don't know wether this is the actual version... my MultiTimeFrameIchi has inbuild USDX... unfortunately there is a small bug that only candles are visible... will fix this maybe later....

My Ichi_confirm_H1H4 might be very useful for vics sheet so I will rethink to release this stuff maybe...

Ahh, I see. So how are we controlling th sheet? Is this going to be updated centrally and we download it, or do we each take a copy and update ourselves?

I'm not very sure. It would be nice if there is a group of ppl taking turn to update it where i can set it editable to public. I need to ask vic first as he is the one who did the spreadsheet.
