Abonacci Rules Summary v11-11
As promised I am attaching Abonacci Rules Summary (v11-11). Unfortunatelly I haven't received comment from Bobi's group member on it, so I appreciate comments from anyone here.
Since I wasn't focused much on Template 4, it's not yet included in the summary. Therefore everyone's contribution to this part is welcome!

If something needs to be changed, please inform me about it!
If something needs to be added, please do the same!

Abonacci Rules Excel Dashboard (WIP)
I am also developing Abonacci Rules Excel Dashboard that indicates where price might head according to calculator rules written in the summary. It is still WIP (work in progress) and I hope I'll upload it during weekend if there is interest for it.

UPDATED RULES:
I. Point 2 and point 3 refreshed. (page 4/12)
II. Points 2 and 3 added to WFL (page 6/12)
III. TIS rules corrected. (point 3. page 9/12)
IV. Additional finding c) added (page 12/12)

Because we broke the 38.2 3814 lvl by 11 pips on the 10th. I'm cautious about taking any shorts to the downside which is why I didn't when it dropped after that. Since we should be pending a visit to 3893. Anyone have a reason we should be looking to short in the near term? Or does anyone at least agree with me?

Also on the 9th we broke the 38.2 pending a visit to 4020. Hmmm this is indeed a puzzle. We could be seeing a move up soon.

Firstly I want to commend you on your efforts, I was going to post a few days back saying those that want precise rules would be better drafting a document and getting others to check it so well done.
I’ll provide a more detailed response towards close of UK trading session. I wanted to ask have you used your own thought/interpretations or have you simply used what’s been said on the thread i.e. mainly by Aebab?

Thank you Vanderpjer.

With regard to what the calculator tells us today, Low Break Out 1 was above the pivot and when this has happened before, it has been a good signal to go short. It was of no use to me at 2:15am my local time, but an interesting possibility for those who trade the Asian session.

We've just broken the Low Break Out of 1.3748, which was previously a support level, so the short trade is being rewarded, but I'm very cautious with this market.

kdx, thanks for your comment and question. Basically I was copying and collecting all the useful information from the thread to my personal file and then finally decided to organise all collected. I have rephrased some sentences for a better understanding, but please feel free to improve them if needed, since I am not a native speaker.

The backbone are Aebab's posts. As his trading system presented here was becoming more and more complex, I thought it'd be easier to comprehend it when all the rules, hints and tips are collected in the same place. I plan to update this summary whenever new rules/hints/tips appear. I have also highlighted all the important levels in it (in grey) so it's easier to change from one month to another.

Should you have any further questions, comments or proposals, please feel free to post them here.

You know there was a time when the fancy calculator didn't exist and all you have are the rules of the p3 and p4 now if cant make profitable trades off the rules of the p3 and p4 alone what makes you think adding the calculations and points are going to help you. food for thought not directed and anyone specific

You're welcome Villonious.

Would it be more helpful if I post them as soon as they're available, or does around the start of the London session suit you better?

I enjoyed more success with the calculator than with the various lines, as I found the rules, initially, very confusing. Now the rules have been clarified, using both together is even better, but keeping all the ifs and buts in your mind when contemplating entry and exit does take a bit of getting used to.

Aebab has freely admitted he uses more information for his own trading than he makes available to us and various traders have produced charts and provided comments based on other indicators they have found useful, but I think it's counterproductive to discuss these indicators here, as the variations are infinite.

Different mentalities and trading hours will also cause the strategy to vary, so the one constant should be the system rules and how they are applied.

Just my view.

Hi Sheumais

Around 0730 GMT would be great that gives me some time to work out what is going on before the London open.

I thought Bobi's analysis was great on his site.I still struggle with the Calculator a bit because there doesn't seem to be any clear set of directions on how to use it.

Everything I've learnt has come from various posts where people have included explanations.

I tend to use traditional methods to get direction and then look for Yellow fibs and White 38.2 to provide levels to trade off.

For example there has been a clear Down Channel over the last couple of days with a failed breakout below and failed breakout above and we are now back in the channel.

Cheers

V

A big thank you to the creator of Abonacci (Mr Bobi) and Vanderpjer for writting up a simplified, understandable explanation. Also to all the other contributors, thank you. I do understand its a Work In Progress.

I will not pretend to state I know all the rules and have mastered them all.
But, just by using "the trend indentifier sentiment (TIS)", which has been mentioned by several contributors, I am making pips daily.

My way.....on NY close (23:45 on FxPro) after doing the HLC calculation, at the same time, I will enter a trade for buy/sell depending on direction towards TIS.
eg : today 11th close = 1.3781, TIS= 1.3804. I entered a buy with TP 1.3804.
Then I go to sleep as I am currently in Asia. Target was reached at 03:17 FxPro time. When I woke up TP done.

Personally for me, why complicate things when life can be this easy. Ever since I have followed this style of mine (since I discovered it thru ABONACCI), TIS has not failed me. I faintly recall, someone backtesting it and saying it failed only once in October.

When you keep things simple in life, the big things will come to you.

Trade with a happy attitude, and good things happen.

Cheers to all

How much pip, means broken in Break out1?
In some places 7-10pip, some places 2pip. Some places 13pip? For trend identifer down up is 10 pip.

Down trend sentimen 1.3719 we have 1.3718 low.

So after UK sesion we will see. Witch side go?

So mabe some body knows how much pip is broken in Daly Range - Break Out 1? And its same for resis, close, support, 50%, 0%, 100%?

We have reverse: 1.3822 awsome

Thanks a lot for your work, I am sure it is going to help us too much. You know, all of us knew all the time we needed a summary of the rules like this...

Thanks to take the initiative!
