Keeping it simple. Key S/R shown. Note how 15min 200ema acts as support. Any hourly close below look to take shorts. I am already short with SL above highs. Targeting a test of parity since we have yet to have one since the breakout.

EUR down 400 pips from swing high. AUD 100 pips. Gotta love it! Makes me wonder whats going on downunder.

Not sure what to do. Closed all my shorts for nice profit. I am just going to take the day off and see what tomorrow brings. Not worth guessing and losing what I have made thus far.

I am still short from about 4pm Aus EST. Up 39 pips... I will close this before I go to bed however, not sure it will last overnight.

In the post about interest rates.. I would expect it go higher then 8.5%.. The banks are running out of cash. And sourcing it overseas is becoming expensive...

I am a bear on the local real estate. Melbourne Auction Clearance rates lowest in 2 years.. CBA had there lowest home mortgage approvals in 8 years last month, its all starting to unravel.

With australias population set to double by 2050, property prices will continue to skyrocket , shortage of labour ,mining boom continuing, rates will hover round the 8 % mark for the next few years imho Btw the banks are criminials Hope Cba go down for doubling interest rate rise from Rba last week
Governement has had enough now next few weeks will be interesting posible Colusion coming against the 4 major Banks In Oz, Its about time!

There is currently virtually No Land In Melbourne, Im in the industry, no decent stock will become available till late 2011 early 2012

I got it.. back out again.. on the 15min its tested 1.00838 three times today.. and twice on friday..

Anyone got a feeling for south?

Gold making new highs and AUD not moving up with it. I'm still on sidelines just watching. I have an overall bearish sentiment on this pair, however, I do believe that it has the potential to make new highs. Gold and Silver are on a complete tear and $1500 looks like it could be in order. However, with any "bubble" and a major psycho number like $1500 don't expect it to get exactly to the number I would expect it to turn just before maybe 1470-1495 area. The EUR has been crushed lately so I would expect some kind of retracement against the US dollar. With gold and a dollar retrace being my reason I would expect to see the AUD retest its highs around the 1.0182 level or to even try to target the 1.02 before looking for another short.

Any other views would be appreciated.

AUD just broke above descending trenline and GOLD still moving higher. Both looking to make new highs. I would stay away from shorts.
