I never posted a method. Just a trade that I took, and why. Pretty simple. Never did I suggest that anyone should take the trade.

I suspect we may be in for a rangy period today prior to the Economic Data and later FOMC Report.

Price closed at 1.4033 yest putting it just above the Trend Identifier and Below Daily Power.Also below Close_50% which to me acts as the Gateway to the Bullish Silver Levels.

We've already seen Close_0% (bottom of the Neutral Zone) not been threatened but came close and Close_50% get broken but no test of Close_Resis.

Therefore until we see a break of the Gateway North or Gateway South we are ranging.

Given the close I'd expect more pressure to the upside.

The high break out 1 4047 is obvious being the high of the day at 4045 this would be strong resistance lvl if this breaks price should go up, then looking to the template 38.2 area for a target of 4070. I would expect a good bounce off this lvl.
you should also watch 4052,its strong resistance,if its broken (10 pips) price tends to go up 42ish or at least previous high 4158,if this level falls 4400 is next target,so we have potential big moves in front of us

thats why today is kinda choppy,you have major points @4052,reversal point white fibo 38.2 @ 4075

i only enter long @ 4080 that should be safe,risky traders can go short @ 4075 looking for 20 pips

and i wont certainly go short today with QE in front of us

i hate days like these with major news coming

This is template 3

Rule 38 pip not broken. 1.4058-1.4020= 38 pip. Here was stoped to go up.
Rule high reversel point broken more then 10 pip. Red fibo. 1.4033, this is teling us that we will go up.
So we need low reversal point for long? Its not my trading plan. Dont use it. Its only shows that High reversel point was broken.
And, mabe some body can confirm? And can tell what should be next step?
For long? We need to go back to some point, that will be reverse for long?

Yes hard day to trade, got one in this morning but rest of day have been flat, have to see what unfolds after QE unfolds....

usually yes but i wasnt trading so far today so i dont have 12pm fxpro recalculation...but 4052 is monthly interpretation,it should stay for whole november

Is it really wise to be in the market with the QE 2 happening, even though 4052 was broken. It may go up to where it is supposed to but only after it may have whip sawed + or - 100 pips.

Or it could go the way you want it straight away.

thats why you have stop loss,i will leave the trade and wont be trading anymore today,but its always risk you are either lucky or not
