A note about the recalculation. We should recalculate at new york close, which was, lolcat was right, 9pm GMT, which was 11pm fxpro time The reason is New York have not yet put their clocks back (they do this weekend coming) and fxpro was GMT +3 they are now GMT +2 (I checked this with fxpro).
Next week it goes back to normal, so the close price today should be 1.3892 luckily only about 4 pips difference to the figures you have here.

The 4 pip difference causes a change in the "monthly overall state" and "daily interpretation".

I would be cautious going short since 3884 is the 61.8 retrace of the prior up move 3815 to 4010 area. Also on the move from 4110 - 3865 with a retrace to 3914 s/r level. I would expect it to reach at least 3920 and reject off that level if it was to head down significantly. further a break of 3920 I would be targeting 3947 and then 3997 areas.
I take short from 1.3893 because the level is in dark grey (bearish trend). Price is in down_50% area.

Becareful about going short because the Trend Identifier Sentiment is at 1.3917, which is higher than previous close. When I backtested October, this level is hit every single day, except for one day when it took 3 days and more than 200 or so pips of drawdown to hit it. But that level was hit nevertheless. I make trades based on this information alone as well. Basically, at 5:00pm New York time, after calculation, I place a trade toward the Trend Identifier Sentiment and place my TP there. So far it's been working amazingly for me. Even today: Entry at 1.3895, TP at 1.3917.
For those of you still uncertain about the NY close figures and where to find them, here's an indicator to add to MT4 which will give you what you need. Be careful at the start of the week if there's a gap, but Tuesday to Friday this works just fine. It's best to use FXPro to match everyone else and you can open a Demo A/c free.
If You're uncertain how to add this to MT4, once you've downloaded it, copy and paste it into your MT4 programme on your PC, Experts, Indicators, open up MT4, Insert, Custom, click on the indicator and there you go.

Further to the direction here, I thought Bobbi said that on the power 3 template once 23.6 & 38.2 fibs are broken it will reach the 100%. I am not sure whether the broken bit means 3 or 10 pips for this though.
