Sorry I can’t. This is being handed over to a legal team and I can not disclose details moving forward. All I can say is they are very unethical in my book.

Trade to trade well and take off the blinders.

sounds like they have screwed over mob forex pretty bad as well

MOB Forex LLC will no longer be associated with Dukascopy Bank SA. Unfortunately Dukascopy will not be honoring any commission rebates from as far back as July. The rebates as it turns out were a gimmick to get more business through the hard work and capital of MOB Forex without following through on their end with the commission rebates as contracted.

You can not believe how extremely upset we are with the situation at hand. We are out thousands of dollars, dollars we’ve invested to keep traders away from manipulating brokerage and in the end we are the ones screwed out of our own money. It is hard to believe any brokerage would pull a stunt like this but there is little we can do as we are not a Swiss resident.

We can not tell you who to trade through but I can say we are withdrawing our own trading capital and advise the same."

Very sad JD. I thought Dukas was the only decent Broker left in the Forex world. Only been live with them for less than a month, but so far, every trade has been executed at lightning speed with zero slippage, since I enable slippage control, so at the moment they have been flawless for me. All my conditional take profit orders went through perfectly whilst I was on holidays this week as well.

So, who do you use that would qualify as a true ecn for retail accounts then?

They all have their angles and abuse the word "ECN", but I'm all ears!

Dukascopy is one of the Best brokers around.

Yes there is a markup, the spreads are not purely Raw price ECN like Advancedmarkets. However, Dukascopy's Java Based Jforex platform is perfect for daytrading/scalping. I've never found anything comparable to Jforex and honestly, I wish this was my first broker and Not my last. I've used many brokers. Big and Small. Proprietary, NT, TS, MT4, etc, platforms.

I can not complain about the trading conditions. I've never experienced a delay, requote(haha), or experienced the headaches that I have with other brokers.

Now as far as IB=IA.. Well thats another story. After the CFTC regulations, I lost my IB/Introducing agent and I was never compensated for all the clients that I sent to them. = (

I wouldn't necessarily blame duka, but I'd personally point my fingers at the CFTC.

I do not know why MOB Forex did not get the rebates from Dukas, but so far my IB paid to me everything I was due.

My September rebates were paid on October 06.

Did any other IB experience any similar issues? If not then maybe MOB did something they were not allowed to.

Mobforex definitely has a big issue with dukas, that's for sure. I wonder if this is an isolated conflict, or whether there's going to be trouble for other IA's as well...

Hi JD, sorry to hear of your troubles of Dukascopy.

If you don't mind my asking, are you affiliated with Mobforex in which case the grieviance with Dukas is of a commercial nature or is the case that they screwed you over as a trading customer? Again, hope you don't mind my asking...
