Don't trade conditions need to still be met for the EA to place the Recovery trade?

If there is no condition for trades #1-4 at time of Recovery I think there will be no Recovery order sent. If your in a #3 Trade and hits Recovery point I don't think the EA just throws out another order if the signals are not correct.
Thought I read Steve mention that, could be wrong. I think this is a drawback with the Recovery method and it's possible that the original trade may go into deep DD because of no trade condition at Recovery time.

yeah, i am sure that is correct. my really bad ones did end up taking the recovery trade well past the recovery entry line, so apparently its correct.
in a few cases it definitely would have just made matters worse if they were just instantly taken at the line.

the lotsizing issue DID affect a couple of them tho, as once I changed the multiplier to work with .05 starting lot for trade1, one of them instantly took the recovery trade.

In a bit of drawdown currently, but it seems profit is keeping up with it.

I hope I am not jinxing myself here, but I can't wait to see how it does on a massive move from the beginning..

I put in the new 109 and kabooommmy.....

.44 lots were added to the newest entries.

I had .05 in there?

The previous version was working fine, so I put that back in....

Here is a shot of the orders....

not quite sure why he chose to make an atr based lotsizing feature. would rather just stick to the manual lot size, and the multiplier for recovery for now, as long as the code is there to know what minlot and minstep size is and adjust accordingly.

If you want to run with fixed Lot size just set AdaptLotWithAtrPipvalue=false
V109 has fixed the problem with lot digits so you can go on with multiplier with digits for the recovery.

You are Canadian right?

I suggest other than what I am doing. The only group I found so far was Instaforex that would take Americans...

Definitely would not recommend them!

I suggest Go Markets, IBFX AUS or some other non-American company as you can hedge.

Ok, I guess I don't understand why that would be of any value and not blow your account? I have a 200.00 penny account and putting in lot sizes of .44 makes no sense to me any way you slice it.

Hmmm.... It seems V103 has not taken any new trades sinces yesterday morning. WHile V71c keeps triggering them trades.

No errors in log.

Anyone else experiencing this please?

Bugger! I had left ECN=True when I changed to 103. Could this prevent trading on non-ECN?

This is a new version
I add Mode#5 that is the TMA idea (see Naninbob thread)
I also add a new tp mode (=4), target is the MidTma line.
Not sure everything works properly, may be there are bugs.

Excellent work. I have manualy traded TMA on top of your EA. My TMA trades were almost 100% sucessful.

From the NB thread it is not clear if the entry is based on just price penetration or MA. Which have you used?

Will update my demo test straight away.

First auto TMA trade taken on GU. From the chart I guess it triggers on TMA coming back in.

Here, I replaced Sixth with TMA (Atr=2=greenLines,Atr=3=goldenLines) , so use ReplaceSixthWithTma=true.
I also changed the TMA indic, so please use this one provided
Unfortunatly we are Friday evening ,so we have to wait monday to check if it's work.

Really, this bot is not bad;
We have many modes : CT=CounterTrades; TT=TrendTrades
- Nb mode#1 trades (CT)
- Nb mode#2 trades (CT)
- Nb mode#3 trades (CT)
- Nb mode#4 trades (CT)
- TMA mode#5trades (CT)
- Nb mode#7 trades (divergence) (CT)
- KG OB_OS trades (CT)
- RSI OB_OS trades (CT)
- 4h Trendlines trades (TT)
- Trix Trades (CT) and (TT)

- We have a dynamic calculation for ReentryLine (REL), Breakeven(BE),BreakevenPips (BEP), trailingStop (TS) etc... take care about the pair range and volatility ect...

- We have a fully configurable Recovery system (can choose any lot multiplier for each level)

- Master Ea check the DD and profit and try to close all trades very frequently (rather complex calculation) in order to don't keep bad trades during long time (it's this ones that make us very upset!). So when a profit is reached for the day we close all.

- We have a dynamic calculation for Lot Size according the pair Pipvalue and Daily ATR.

- We look at news events in order to not open new trades during news spike

+++ many other nice features.

Ps: this bot is a very ugly monster, even if I did my best in order to save CPU consuming (some calculation are done only 1 tick on 10), but even with that it's sometimes difficult to load the Ea or the platform. Please reduce "Bars in chart" to 10.000, "Bars in history" also (if you don't need do Backtests).
With my old PC I need 10 try for load this Ea on 26 pairs.
With my new overboost PC, I can run 3 demos with 26 pairs (4 cores I7 overspeeded to 4Ghz, 12 Giga Ram, windows x64, 6 x 30" Dell screens (2500x1600 pix), don't need to say i have at least 35°C in my office, i sweat like a mining worker and take 3 showers/day).

I am running Maxv100 this week on my VPS. I only have it running on 10 pairs. When I open the platform my VPs CPU is spiking to 100 and staying there causing the program to remain unresponsive. I have a couple other platforms running, but prior to booting the one with Maxv100 running, my CPU usage is 10%. Anyone else having CPU usage problems running this on their VPS? If anyone is running this succesfully on a VPS with other platforms running please let me know who your provider is via PM.
