OMG, so if that's the case you have no-ware to trade.... under what financial regulator has collapse or fraud not happened huh? It's so easy to hammer ASIC, what about in the USA mate Enron, Solid Investments.... this type of thing happens every ware, if you so worried about this don't trade and don't invest..... what do you want to happen the world over, the new way the US are going in control the person? yeh right that's a great idea......
