if we break 1.38495 38% line, we go long?
what's the confirmation..in pips or value...?

There are two 38% fib lines in that area. Your reference to the one at 1.38495 is the Yellow Fib, which forms the foundation (in my opinion) of Bobi's system.
However, if you are refering to the trade rule that when the 38 is broken it will run to the 100% phase line..... that is the WHITE line. That said, Bobi has indicated that the 100% is not currently 'on' at the moment. There was not a reason for this, but I suspect that it is because he had earlier stated that you need to run two phase lines + the white 38% fib in order to active the continualy 38% run break. However this month, we have not done that yet.
I am not sure if this rule resets itself each month, but it would 'appear' to be the case - at least from Bobi's perspective. It may very well work, but the rule is not currently in effect.
The Yellow line 'may' work like a standard fib, whereas if is broken then you would 'expect' it to make it to the 76% YELLOW fib.
So............ just be careful about which fib you are refering too and trade accordingly.

With all due respect you need to some work. Pull up all of the posts by Aebab. Either use the search field, or go back to the beginning of the thread and read his posts. Also, click on the paper clip tab at the top right and download the pdf documents but make sure you read very carefully 100% of Aebab's posts. There are at least 3 strategies you can use. then select the one(s) that suit your trading style and demo trade them until you have a full understanding. Good luck.
