Moving Markets at 7am - 1pm PST? (3pm - 9pm GMT)

During this time FX is out of question for me, volumes dry up... US stocks' volume dries out at this time, they only surge near the session's close... And for commodities futures, I think my account is too small even for mini contracts

What should I do?

I just put PST because I think many people in FF use PST. Ofc I only care about gmt...
