Today focus on how to simplify the layout to suit my plays. Here my plays on demo.

6 plays, 1 loss (red arrow for losing trade)

especially like the little triangles and spots which showed all the entries and exits. Good for revision.

Still one question cant be sorted out yet. Where to find total pips gained or lost after each trade / or sum up for whole day?? Anyone who knows Oanda well??

Oanda do not think like that. As far as the trades are concerned, their computer sees it all as one big long trade which you open and close positions as you go along. View Full Transaction History shows you what you have been doing each time you open a ticket, and then what the balance at that point is. If you want to know the result of each "trade", you need to work it out yourself.

An easy way to do this is to use MyFxBook, which will calculate this for you.

You can click on any of the arrows or stopped poitns and it will refrence the opening ticket then clisk on that and both the entry and close will be displayed simple math to figure gain or loss

Hi Matlobien,

For your info, be aware the time period on my Oanda's charts, I've changed it to my local time (I really love this function, which cant be found from MT4) so that I have no need to reference on P4L clock any more. PS - my trading time would now be fixed mostly from 1800-2400 (GMT+8), as charts shown.

If I'm not wrong, Euro market to be closed at 2300, and London at 2400 (my time).

EJ was moving too slow today and flat for me, just watch, no play.

Played 2 trades on GY, as good mover.

PS - those purple lines from higher time zone

1st trade, didnt trade with the 1st big down move red as hesitation on the bottom demand zone. Until it crossed, tried it. Cut then still very good move!!
2nd trade as good bottom demand zone, good pin up (OB too), got another 20p.

I took similar entries on GBPUSD, although I jumped into the middle of the strong move down on the back of news. Picked up 40, followed by another 40 on the second leg down after hesitation at the support. As that put me up ~150pips for the day I decided to stop trading. Some really nice movement today!

The news trading can be quite risky though, so your approach was much safer.

Heh. Weird day for me for sure, I've been averaging around 15-25 pips most days, but have been testing some different ideas based around price momentum. Clearly worked well today (lot of momentum!), but tomorrow is always another story.

You've got a very consistent record here, so well done to you! You're one of the best scalpers on FF, that's for sure!
