If there's one thing this thread proves it's that human nature loves a scandal (discussing them, not being a part of one ). Look at us muppets (yes including me) reading and posting in this thread when we could be out doing something worthwhile!
I do feel the pain of the people that lost their money with Jacko, but sadly these things happen when you're not careful with the people who you trust your money with.

A huge portion of what we do is based on an understanding of side to side support and resistance.

This thread is quickly filling up with bad and wrong information about what i teach and how we trade.

We concentrate on being patient and treating this like a business instead of a gambling hall.

Here is a current trade based on NO BAR AT ALL.

This is based on side to side support and a retrace entry to a large round number. it provides a huge upside potential with a stop as low as 30 pips on a DAILY chart.

THE KEY IS STARTING OUT ON DAILY OR WEEKLY CHARTS ON DEMO AND LEARNING TO SIT ON YOUR HANDS UNTIL THE RIGHT SET UP PRESENTS ITSELF.

Im going to turn this thread into a helping and teaching tool with my own live trades.

Anyone remember Jacko? Didn't this thread used to be about him and his ACTUAL misdeeds rather than groundless allegations against someone who's helped a lot of people along the way?

Hi everyone; i am a Jacko turtle since October 2008. i have been writing to Jacko to complain that i can't access the blog nor did i receive any messages since last June. Finally, it occurred to me to log on to his thread to post a message to him when i found this unexpected "developments"…. Total shock. Can't imagine this whole scam for a mere $500 per person minus international messaging costs over a whole year…. What a bummer.

On another note, and since the issue is again displayed during this Jacko scheme crisis, I noticed over the years that many fellow traders compare between Jacko and James16, each team defends his mentor. Being a Jacko turtle and a subscriber to and learner from James16 thread I say, there is no grounds for comparison between the two threads or the two men. Two entirely different approaches, methodologies and techniques.

Over my time as a turtle, I was approached by many fellow traders asking me if I am satisfied with Jacko and what is his method of "teaching". I responded that Jacko does not teach "per se", but he sends out signals and explains why he took the trades on his blog so everyone can read and learn (on his own) from such explanation or draw his own conclusions and if one has a question he can email jacko.

James 16 thread, on the other hand (and I stress here that I am not judging the two men or trying to decide who is a fraud or who isn't but I am only stating my opinion from my experience with both) is like a trading university where you can attend and learn a lot about trading and all its aspects. You learn basics, strategies, approaches … etc. in addition to the views of other experienced and new traders. There is hardly any page that you can scroll through without learning something new no matter how small (God knows in this business you can use any small piece of information you can get your hands on).

I wouldn't care less if J16 turned out to be a fraud (as some claim), as this will have little or no effect on the thread which is almost self-driven.

Strangely enough, no one makes comparisons with BRV (no brainer traders) which another PA-based excellent educational thread (and free blog). After 7 years in this business, I would say that J16 thread and BRV blog are the best trading educational sources on the net if you are a price action trader.

You must have missed a great deal of the thread. Jack-O was also managing(?) other people's money. Many are claiming he vanished with their "managed accounts" in amounts substantially larger than what he charged for his signal service.

That's why i always say i'd rather lose my own money myself than have someone else lose for me ... at least i will do a better job at it...

Since I last viewed this thread it seems "A Fly has landed in the pudding". When I first found this thread I gave Jacko's method a try & it worked for me, but it was just not my style....to long term for my taste. I DID NOT join the Jacko group, but have conversed with some that did & they have had success with the method......at least according to our last conversations by PM. It is sad that it has come to this. I have never understood why someone would trust their funds to another trader....if you can't trade find another way to grow your funds.

Good luck to those trying to run down his IP address.......without law enforcements involvement your efforts will go unrewarded.

During the high flying days of the "OBAMA" election when voters had that warm fuzzy feeling I stumbled across a post by JACKO in another thread & it was possibily in another forum where he (JACKO) was stating that he liked OBAMA & thought he offered HOPE & CHANGE for AMERICA. When I read that it gave me a bad feeling about JACKO.

American voters warm & fuzzy feelings lasted about as long as the warm feeling you would get if you peed on yourself & as for the JACKO deciples..........Well.............time will tell. YOU LIVE & LEARN.

Just my views, but they are NOT HUMBLE.
