Safer trade is a trade that you enter on top for selling and bottom for buying . I entered on top because I wanted lower PIPS of stop loss . And also Software told me to do that . For you I do not recommend to trade like that . You can enter after 7 pips of passing .

Template was done manually. So indicator is based on formula and better.

Nice call, but how did you know that price will break down - you sold at 3430 and no break out had occurred at that time?

It would be very good if you could define the system rules explicitly. Now it seems to me that there is just a lot of s/r levels and some ad-hoc guidelines (like 38.2 is a potential reversal level) for trading.

I agree. So far.... are we looking to go long when we get a breakout of the 38.2 level? Do we look for a break down of 61.8 when going short? I'm guessing (since the rules haven't been clearly set) that you went short at 23.6 level and placed your stop above 38.2 level in anticipation of price not being able to break through that 38.2?

Also, when you say "break" of say the 38.2 level, are you referring to a candle close above that level or when price is 7 pips above, (no candle close) it is considered broken?

For the sake of new comers to this thread (I anticipate that it is going to get very very popular).

Do you think you could write a simple rules list them in order and put them into a pdf in the first post of this thread.

This will probably answer 90% of questions on this thread.

What do you think.

p.s. personally I dont think you need to do any videos just keep it simple.

p.s. what I mean by rules are:

1) Rules for going long.
2) Rules for going short.

Then its pretty straight forward for anybody new to this thread to follow.

I haven't read all of the thread, but didn't he put the figures into the calculator and it came up with the breakout points, in other words when it broke below the pivot point he went short with his target at the next breakout point? He did say the software told him to.

Hi Aebab,

Can we use the indicator for other pairs as well or its only for eurusd? What i noticed is that we need to know the base level to be used for the pair and the phase range......is this correct?

My question will then be, how do we know or calculate this for any pair we want to work on??? Or will you be giving it every month??

And believe it or not , the formula is not a line or 10 lines . Its a procedure that should be done and its done by my software I have developed and for development of this software I spent more that 3 years and thousands of lines are written in c# . its a property and can not be revealed . You can take your positions in any broker . Just close of day I recommend to get it from USA market close time

Where this number came from? And why 1.2645 and not

something else?

After many calculations in range of the month and also finding the frequency of EUR/USD and base number which is 7 for eur/usd , and many factors taken into account , my software gives a base number and then duplication will be started . In the beginning of next month I will provide more information for this pair . As far as we proceed many new concept will be unfolded in trading. If traders can learn this two templates and become master in that , some other templates will become ready and updates of software also will be available.

are we to use close of the day or highest?....i saw in your post that you used highest of the day to do the last calculation...i tot it was supposed to be the close of the day

please more explanation would be appreciated. i would also suggest the first page is updated with the step by step guide on how to apply this strategy; it would answer 90% of the question and save you time.

I can tell you the daily close is not correct.

Using FXPro, the daily close was 1.3405.
The Monthly value is 1.3344. (1.33435 rounded).

If the currency moves to the next phase before closing of the day, then you would be using high of the day to find out the levels before the close of the day. If you can wait till close, then you can use the close of the day only to calculate the levels. This is my understanding.

From what I've understood so far, the calculator will help us with predictions
of levels and sentiment of the market.
Having said that, you could pick up a price that you identify as key level.
For example: pick the highest price of *current* day ( you suppose this
because it has not broken 38.2 level of a new phase, see the example of aebab on post 271 ) and make a calculation on what was going on that
moment.

Besides, you could pick up the close of the day or even after
NY close, as after NY close there are NOT usually big moves,
for make a prediction for the new day.

For example, I took the daily close (GoMarkets , GMT+2 during summer),
which is 1.3399 and he Monthly value is 1.3340 .
PS: It doesn't really bother me if FXPRO or GoMarkets or whatsoever.. the
key is AFTER NY close and price is ranging.


Attached the screenshot.
- we have a pivot at 1.3389 -
- a resistance at 1.3402 ( High Break out 1 and Target )
- a high breakout level 1.3428
- a Montly sentiment at 1.3370

Imho, the key level is 1.3402, if broken we'll go up to 1.3428 and then
(if broken) to 1.3474 (Break out 2).
If 1.3402 is broken, and in case of retracement, this is not going below 1.3355 that will act as big resistance and give us a good buy opportunity.

If you feel bearish, (as I am at the moment) , you should sell around 1.34
and place your stop loss 10 pips above 1.3428 (breakout level).

Anyway, I think this system is designed for London and NY open hours.
So, wait for London open before start trading and do your calculation.
This is not the crystal ball but has great potential.

Spot on my friend, lot of new traders coming here and just want a magic entry, exit, buy long or sell short trade setup.
Aebab has done a great job to get us very close to that, but I think there is still a bit of effort required from every traders to make their own judgement for trading.
I can see same questions being asked again and again, becuase traders are not spending time to read the entire thread.

I have read this thread twice when it was 13 pages. It was worth the time.
