So basically just playing it as you see it, and perhaps expecting the news to catapult the move?

PS - the level of my little 9 has been visited 3 times without broken, so sharp cut.

Sort of, we know more or less there would be some bigger moves after major news, so take your chance. But its really risky, and put your small stop loss tightly.

PS - may be I got some positive pips in my pocket today, so play a bit aggressive, should not do so all the times

It is basically what im thinking about going in before or during news as well, eventhough it might take you out a higher percentage because of the volatility, the flip side is when you have a positive trade it should be able to give you more then an average non news trade, so it will even itself out that way.

My last play today,

Shouldnt trade this if it is the only chart I watched, but all UJ / GU / GJ were in up move. Go for it and with thr r/n as support.

quick 7 then quit as the market will change in any time in London closing

Red for entry; green for exit (wedge top)

Some other guys didnt suggest to play the DBLHC in M15, saying that it is rather weak, well, the combination of two bars is a pin in M30 chart, so it still tells us that an immediate upward force is coming

After the home moving, now the internet problem is much improved and opened a trial a/c with Oanda, real good. The only draw back for me is I still cant find the function to show the pips (+/-) with an open trade.

Any one know how to do so, or there is no such thing? Been checked the manual but still cant find it??

Look under here.

Go to FXTrade Interface>Tables. You can't have it on the window like the pipsometer, unfortunately

Still figure out what's the different for those tabs ~ Trades, orders, boxes, position, exposure. The only tab I'm sure is the Activity, which is those realised.

Took me several days to catch up my real works, what I realised is I have spent too much time on FX trading and my works have been left behind without much attention on that.

Well, we are all living in real world and we have to face the reality. I still need my works to support daily life for my family. So I have to make a rectification even though a health equity growth with MBT since the mid-Aug 2010.

For Asia and London early session, I have to pay more attention on my works (actually should not trade in Asia session anyway, real slow). So the only active market is the second half of London + US market that I will focus on. This arrangement could make my life much easier.

As I mentioned before, I couldnt trade with Oanda as it simply wont work in my company computer (the java stuff problem). This way can surely help me to stop trading during my works. So I will switch to this broker next week even MBT did give me a good impression.

After a test run with Oanda (in my mini trading room ~ home of course), pretty good overall but no good on charting things (MT4 in this area is more easier, hehe).

This trading room will be much quiet than before, sorry guys, but I got to balance my works. Afterall, its been a very fruitful experience in FF since the year beginning.
