is it possible to give the slow trix a range for entry like 0.00002 till -0.00002?
the trix cross near the zero line are most of the time the safest.

Tell me please how to make aadvisor so that there are buy / sell when the fast trix in over. as here for example. not to buy in this case.

Use the fresh trix cross for the current time frame, this will ensure that entries are only taken after the trix cross.

Not possible to do it without affecting the engine, however use the overbought/oversold level from the higher time frame to cap the fast trix

TrixOverboughtOversold = 202M15 (assuming you are using the M5 Chart)
TrixOverbought = 0.00002
TrixOversold = -0.00002

great solution, i'll try. i've seen this option for overbought/oversold, why i don't get this idea by myself. but i had never tried a higher timeframe. this ea is the best, but it doesn't make what i want and backtesting takes soooooo loooong. i don't give up, all options are available, except pivots (using for manual) and rsi (not using). thank you again and again for your great work and support.

I use a fresh cross on 1M - 202M1. Over was on 15M.

Tread is one of those - FastTrixZeroLevel: Fast trix should be above / below zero line for long / short signal.
TrixOverboughtOversold: Long trades are opened if fast trix is below overbought level, short trades are opened If fast trix is above oversold level?

It should be Long trades are opened if fast trix is below Oversold. Short tades are opened if trix is above overbaught

Hi Everyone,

I continue to backtest intensively and I just finished to compare a first backtest between V1.131 and V1.132
The results obtained for the last 6 months from 2009 are very different between V1.131 and V1.132.
I really do not understand where it comes from. Is it only ADX modification effect, I will check with others backtest during others period...
Is someone already observed this kind of results ?

When doing the setfile, this is the starting point, The Cross on the current trend. ALL other indicators are built around this requirement to aid in confirming the trend, as you have seen having all Good indications and entering at the top of the trend is a disaster.

The cross is the only predicator of the change in the short term trend

Tread I know. but sometimes in the current timeframe is cross and highTF is a fast Trix over. and I do not want to enter into a transaction.

That is weird ...1.131 is outperforming in trades, drawdown and earnings. I will relook the adx logic for 1.132.

By the way, that backtesting must have taken forever, the results are much appreciated!!

Been looking deeper at the the result Letsarb, it is even more fanstastic than I thought

You have achieved: -

Overall 92% Win Rate with a
Max draw of 15.5%. you increased the
Capital by 73% in 6 months. And a static
SL of 54 Pips is not bad either


For an automated system it's very good .

Tread I do not know. I ask about the cross Trix on the current TF and Over fast Trix at higer TF

as here for example. to 5M was crossing trix. but at 15M Over a fast trix. in this case can not buy

Most rules in THV require that the M15 Trix be the same color as the M5 Trix and M1 Trix. which means that they are all going in the same direction.

In your particular situation, I will advise that you use the Overbought/Oversold feature to stop the trade... in the picture attached only take a trade between the dotted lines.

The values for the M5 is 0.00018 and -0.00018

So try this

Trix OverBought/Oversold = 2000
Trix OverBought = 0.00018
Trix OverSold = -0.00018


Or

Trix OverBought/Oversold = 200M1
Trix OverBought = 0.00009
Trix OverSold = -0.00009
