Out of 10,000 traders online during the day, again that number is insignificant and only shows that 99.99% of the traders realise that there is no value to the commercial section.

Having participated in the discussion...
ForexFactory did decide to dump all of their competitors and others that are trying to build a business into the "Commercial Forum" in a hope that it would clean up their forums.

In reality, the Commercial Forum gets more views that most forums including "Trading discussion" and grows much faster than all the other forums. And ForexFactory are using this to allow traders to claim that all the services are worthless and that all the people are scammers just to get more page views which drives revenue for them.

The reality is that the Commercial forum is a bad place for any company to market itself because this is not where the real people are.

We get the majority of our traders from Forex Factory but they are mostly coming from the news section.

And you are a perfect example of my argument, you couldn't make it as a trader, got banned from FF, reappeared under a different username flogging a commercial service.

Oh and get your facts right, right now less then 3% of viewers are in the commercial section and most of those are the thread starters and the ones participating in the Jacko scam and threads like this one, not really a good representation.

At least I am transparent about it and tell everyone who I am.

Why don't you tell us who you are and why are you hanging in the commercial forum when you can use your time to trade?

You are not transparent at all and have banned several posters from your Currensee thread just because they asked some awkward questions. You are using the exact same tactics as most scammers here, including Jacko by silencing anyone who is critical of your endeavour.

Several of the posters have asked you what your previous username was and thusfar you have refused to disclose it.

As to disclosing who I am, that is irrelevant as I am not selling anything, FF is just a disctraction for me while I wait for trade setups, it is pure entertainment and questioning the commercial spammers is a big part of that entertainment, you guys make it so easy.

Oh and the commercial forum being the fastest growing is just because we members are reporting ever more scammers to Twee, who promptly acts on it and dumps them on the garbage pile.

Here at FF we have come to a point where we had to separate the men from the boys, I believe that was the idea behind the "commercial" Forum, anyone who have more than air inside his head need only a skip view in there and he will realize that the commercial forum is kind of a "penitenciary" for the bozos to get locked in....(with some few execptions, very few). I believe that there´s no reason to ask for account statements or anything like a "real proof" (I remember a little intermezzo I had about it with one of the bozos in his thread a while ago..) from none of the commercial members.
If for some reason you can´t trade for yourself, don´t do it. Treat it like a business and run yours by your own, trading is not for everybody if it don´t suit you just stay away or you´ll be just another "liquidity source" for the sharks out there.

Same with the bogus FXDD competion on http://www.myfxbook.com/contests/myf...hip-may-2010/1 The winner sportcity executed 5 winning trades in a row for 1000% over a 6 day period which is impossible.
FXDD edited their serves and fabricated a winner, unless of course they can disprove the converse.

Zulutrade believe it or not is actually one of the more honest services out there. One can have multiple accounts, but at least the flag it. zipsignals.com is another good one as far as transparency is concerned, although they could provide more details on the draw downs.

The annualized returns posted of the "Trade Leaders" as posted by Currensee.com are very misleading and are not a true meaure of profitability for the member following the leader if the member joins the upcoming "Trade Leader Investment Program". Mr. Transparency needs to come up with an accurate way of telling the member what he would have made had he followed the leader. The numbers posted do not take into account the 20% + 2 % that is skimmed right off the profits anytime there are profits in a month. Of course, when the "leader" has a losing month you bear 100% of the loss. They don't contribute back to you anything that you paid the prior month if it was profitable.

These are meaningless numbers that they are throwing at you to get you to join the follow the "Trade Leader Investment Progam". For somebody that prides himself on true metrics and transparency, this type of reporting is a travesty. Let's see how many noobs they can convince into paying them money while realistically having a very very little chance of making money in the long run.

No matter how you splice it or dice it, or how clever, innovative, and pretty your site is, if you KNOW OR SHOULD REASONABLY KNOW that the service you advertise will result in loses in the long run for the vast majority of users, and you do it anyway just to make you some MONEY...in my book you are a scammer. The purpose and results are the same, the wide eyed ones will pay the scammer to lose them money.

Give it half a year after the "investment service" opens around November 2010 and we will see a bunch of not too happy campers.

Give it time, history will absolve me.

If 95% of us are "loosers," wouldn't that make all of them virtually worthless scammers?

To make money while providing a service or product that has some reasonable expectation of being helpful, not to provide a service where the odds are really stacked against you by design.

To quote you, if 95% are loosers when only the spread is against you when you open the trade, what do you think the result will be when you take away 22% of your profits??? as I said, it is written in the stars.

They promote people who have 2 months of winning trades and compare their annualized return with the return of the S&P and the results of the rest of the members. And even if they continue that same rate of return, the rate of return of the follower is much much less due to the 22% fees, compiled and due and payable MONTHLY, not even on a yearly basis, where the losses would have a chance to be deducted from the wins to arrive at yearly profits to be apply the %.
