I know some are wondering how would you know to go long on e/j ? Remember that was a 1 hr chart, That was for direction and possible entry levels. Here is a chart of my 15 min.

This range today on E/J is very stubborn.. I got in after it retested the break of the 107.77 range, then stopped and reversed at the shooting star, stopped out at BE. Now it's back in the range. Very tough day.

Saw this setup on the G/J and took it a couple of minutes ago, we'll see how it plays out.. Entry was on the opening of that last red candle (short). Trending down, touch of 10EMA and blue trend line. Only going for the touch of that yellow trendline (drawn off the H4).

Stopped and reversed that trade here (last candle on a touch trade, did not wait for close, went long a couple pips above the bottom wick).. We're at this H4 trendline and a big round number, but more importantly after the 10EMA bounce / hangman the price was unable to make a new low. If you look to the left on the H1 there's a big hammer/pin that appears to be acting as strong PPA. I'm expecting about a 40 pip bounce here (~129.40), but of course we don't trade what we expect, so, I'll wait and see what happens.

Price ran down to 128.90 and stopped me out; should have held on to the hangman, back to BE for the day again

Waiting for another entry now, it'll probably break pretty hard from here..

Might be a little early on this one, but as I type it's looking good.. G/U long from 1.5414, it was coming close to the bottom of the daily range and looked to be forming a higher low (it's lower than the 61.8% fib level.. but its close enough to the bottom of the daily range that I could put my stop behind it)

Also in this trade long.. G/J is at a very strong S/R line.. Long-term this thing is definitely going to break and go down hard (look at the 4HR chart) but this should be good for another bounce. Risky, but the R:R is worth it.

I took a long at the sunday opening price on A/J and closed with 12 , Making back the loss. Now waiting to see , what's next closed at the bottom side of that area I had gone long. Now resistance till broken.

I've never tried trading A/J before. Does it move similar to E/J and G/J? Pulling up a chart now

I have been trying a few different currencies. looking to get away from the GBP/USD.. something smoother. Plus that I can trade afternoons and evenings. yes it follows the yens.

eur/jpy is probablly my favorite pair. But I look at the charts and try to find those that look to have the clearest entry levels. I think to just watch certain pairs because everyone else does . makes no sense. a/u and u/cad are both good pairs

You don't get the huge moves but they are normally more sane movers. without all the excited moves. Depends on your style to if your looking to just scalp quick you might want the volatility. Almost every candle has a wick. if you have the right vision that translates into a scalp.

I might try that.. I trade G/J, E/J, and G/U and I find I do better when trading all 3 then just focusing on 1, because when I just focus on 1 I get sloppy with my entries.

I closed that G/U trade for +5.. it was stalling, and unlikely to go anywhere at this time of day.. Leaving G/J open at +1 for now, this might not be the right seat but I don't want to miss the big bounce and the risk is low

Closed out G/J at +10 earlier, then missed the big break downward.. I'm not sure I would have gotten in on this one anyway, though -- I don't see any clean entry signals except the 5 o'clock pin after the daily range had been broken on the bottom side.

Ken, do you like people who are following your style to post their entries/exits in this thread or would you prefer a separate thread so as not to cloud up yours? I just realized I hadn't even asked. Sorry about that.
