DislikedThanks Ogna. Well I am not too sure if I would call that a fcr ( a revesal set-up). It looks more like a continuation set-up to me as it's selling into the prevailing downtrend in the 5 mins TF. A FCR to me would be a set-up to the long side. I have attached a chart to show what I mean. The first fcr with a buy stop at 2712 (off lv 2707) was not triggered. A new buy stop would be placed at 2714 (off lv 2709) and that was triggered. Just how I view and trade the set-ups. But to each their own, as long as it works for you.

DislikedHi Popeye,
I was looking at your last two charts and can't see any resemblance to how we trade the method here. We are looking to trade breakouts from the 123 set-ups and from brackets after a period of consolidation. I am not sure if you are trading a different method here and would appreciate a reply to clear up any confusion. Many thanks.

feb and fxa never preached indies, but they did say alot about naked eye trading, the main purpose of this whole thread.
anyhow, i wish you luck and success.Ignored

I do trade the core method here but yes I do have my own little adaptions to it and try to make it my own. Yes the fractals are there (sometimes not) and I sometimes use it as a visual aid for me to draw waves (you can call that another crutch) to trade off the pivots. As for the ema's, I have it there for another method I am monitoring and do not use it at all for the method here. If I may say so, I believe Feb provided us with the frame work and we have to adapt it to our own style and interpretation (as long as we don't steer away...Ignored
