You can change the code as you wish. It's the reason I supply it.

No probs to change the EAS conditions in the code. Adapt them to your needs.

I would like that but have no code experience. I really like the EAS and think that candle close would make it that much better...

Ok sorry, I thought that you were asking a question in your previous post (if you can do it without damaging something .

In fact, I'm not a big fan of working with candle closure (or opening). You lost price action cause you are too late...

What I can do is a filter to avoid "false" signal. That would help but the signal will also be a little bit delayed but not as much as using the next candle opening (or previous closure) to confirm... In fact, I'll put back the MA cross filter in the EAS conditions. I have removed it previously cause I thought that it was the problem for the MAS, but I was wrong (I found the problem with it elsewhere ). It was there to filter false signal and that was the main idea behind it.

I'll modify the code.

I have almost gone to straight EAS this week I may not get the best price like a #1 but I think in the long run it will keep me out of getting in too early.

I used fixed TP @ 500 pips, then trailing stop. Why cut your winners short if they are running fast...?

I have picked up a few 60+ pip moves where the ATR would have knocked me out early etc...

The only way to answer a question like this is to run side by side tests - anything else is just guesswork ... IMHO

You do everything right. The problem isn't the panel. There is no files in the expertsfiles folder, then problem isn't on the panel side, but mt4 side. For a reason I don't know, the manager EA can't write in the folder...

Hero calls followed by margin calls...
for now I tried the default ATR and it stopped me in the middle of the whole trend that was around 100pips. I did 40.
I tried the 733 level and this one did great on the las trade.
Have to check it several times. Side by side tests would be great...

Which Windows version are you using? I am using Windows 7 and found some funny issues related to security.

I did not have the problem you refer to but I chose to run MT4 'As Administrator'

Right click on your MT4 shortcut and select it from the list.

Use the same for the Panel itself.

A couple of observations:

1-I have just started using two tabs, one for the Live platform and one for demo. I noticed that when switching tabs, NBOrder alerts get retriggered. Every time a switch panels I get alerts again.

2-This more of a suggestion: When using more than one tab and we get an alert, it is not obvious which platform/tab generated this alert. I suspect only the active tab is generating alert (?). I suggest an alert can be generated from any condition in any tab and that the alert will say which tab this belongs to.

I have added a mode #9 that use the KG extreme calculation
For people didn't followed the tread about KG extreme , it's a rather complicated calculation that look Rsi for every pair in a basket and determine which currency is the strongest and which one is the weakest. That give one pair that is Overbought (OB) and one that is OS.
I choose to :
buy the OS pair if other conditions are met (gold lines etc...) AND a fast stock (5,2,2)>15 and this stoch is rising
sell the OB pair if other conditions are met (gold lines etc...) AND a fast stock (5,2,2)<85 and this stoch is falling

Do we actually need another EA? We have 8 already!
The next thing that is coming will be the possibility to set a pair in autotrade mode in the panel Project already started... Look at 2010 backtest pic preview attached for some pairs. My modulation data quality is poor, but I don't really mind for now. I'll need help of you guys for better testing later... but I'm running out of time right now. So much stuff to do. I need time to work on the EA6 from Bob strategy, time to complete some features in the panel, time, time time...

I think I'll completely stop sleeping starting now.
Too much exciting stuff to do. hehehehe

Mart I am around most of the time being retired I have plenty of time so what ever you need let me know.

I have plenty of demo accounts to test stuff if you wish.
