My question is: do you usually fit your stop loss one pip over/under the setup candle or do you set about 10 pips?
I noticed many of your operations are very fast and (winning as well) the average profit is < 10 pips...

I fixed my hard SL at 20 as last escape, but usually get out earlier if something wrong. Honest I have no bother to move the hard SL unless I really want to stay with the open trade then most likely the SL would then move to around BE.

My new desktop (actually its an old model but pretty cheap and good enough for internet trading, I trust), a 3GHz with 4GB ram, powered by Win XP, only FF and MT4 are running, seems good, of course it is a wired network. My old 17" screen is still serving me. Looking for a 24" in other month....... if my equity curve is still in positive run

check Rob's post (Priceaction) from Sho's thread. He moves the SL one bar after one in order to get the maximum profit from one good trend. It could be a good approach when there is a good trend.

ahh you prefer XP too??
I was thinking the other day, it does feel really good to reward yourself for good trading.. keeps the enjoyment factor up because at the end of the day, we doing this to enjoy our lives better

Actually I have a licence with XP, the vista one is an OEM come from Lenovo that cant be used. For windows 7, its still new & no need to invest this at the moment.
I like the old days that we could update from Win 3, 3.1, 95, 98 to XP with min cost, but now we have to purchase a fresh one......
PS - see how long I've been with the computer eva..... as earlier as 8088 model

.Wooooooo, its quiet here.... I'm still no trading yet as I worked till 4am last night, silly yearly budget, find every necessary info to work out the projected expenses till the end of 2010 then estimate the next year budget, but actually there is no one care on how good / bad of the achievement on the actual expenses till the year end, the whole focus is on 2011 budget.
See you guys can reserve some pips for me till next week

I see you mostly trade EurJpy...i suppose it is because the time and volatiliy (low or right), isn't it?
Could you tell me some other pairs to test or trade? I saw Sho trades many of them..but I'm not him
For me, only EJ & GU at the moment, as I cant manage more than 2 (I got confused).
Actually, both can give me enough setups during the intraday.

Haha, you are so dam young!! When I was your age, I had been studying at UK + 7 days a week part-time works to earn my living. How good you are can be a full time trader by this age. Enjoy........
I have no trade today as to do the budgeting stuff for the company, still lots of works till the week end. Seems this trading room will be a bit quite in coming few days.
