Pivot indicator FxPro

Hello! I have a quick question, i hope this is the right forum. I just opened an account with FxPro and i have the indicator attached as my pivot indicator. The problem is: i have a lot of pairs opened but the indicator only shows on the first two pairs. I haven't deposited any money yet, but i would like to know if there's anyone else having this problem and if there's anything i can do about it. I contacted their support but they told me they dont deal with indicator problems and that i should check the settings on it. I also have to mention that it works on my demo account but not on my real account. Is it because they have some sort of rule that only if you deposit money you would be able to see the indicators on all pairs or what? Help pls! Thank you!

Edit: after dabbling a bit with the indicators i found out that there are several pivot indicators that dont work with FxPro so it's not just this one. Any ideas?

This Pivot indicator works great for me (I am using FxPro).

Yeah that didn't work. Anyway, i reinstalled the FxPro client and now it works fine. I think it was a problem with the previous installation. Problem solved!
