geez whats all the hub bub about!!!

i want someone to contact me with facts about what is going on with jacko. someone emailed me about 2 weeks ago but im still pretty much in the dark.

as far as my accounts thats what they are. the alnilam account is one of my futures accounts. it has A LARGE balance and it is in both mine and my wifes name so she could get to it easily in case i suddenly croak. remember im the 50 year old guy with a 4 and 12 year old. lol.

The james16 group "account" has nothing to do with my trading accounts (i have over 10 trading accounts) but im confused why it would matter anyway.

everything i have ever heard and known has always pointed at jacko being an honest and decent person.

i will be as shocked as anyone if he does something wrong.

someone let me know what is going on.

The potential of commingling of assets between two companies is one issue; the fact that the corp./co. agents are related is an entirely different one. Oh James, you are late.
My understanding is that a lot of people here have accused Jacko of running away after they have invested in Jacko's managed fund. Meanwhile, Jacko has performed poorly with his trading signals over the past half year.
Twee has recognized these issues and taken a standpoint against Jacko.

Ya, me too. Perhaps he knows the police is on his tail so he finally closes shop. Now it is entirely up to the police to see what they can do to find out who Jacko really is, but I am pessimistic that HK police will dispense that much effort (perhaps needing to involve Interpol) to catch one of the many pro scam artists they have to deal with year in and year out. Sigh!

On another point, quoting James 16, now I don't feel too stupid (but hurting $$$ wise) having been deceived by Jacko the scammer:

I always had the feeling that Wayne (if that's his name after all), was a decent guy that knows what forex really is and how he can be profitable in his trades.
I was one of his $700 blog subscribers and I have to admit that I learned a lot out of it. For me it was $700 well spent, but I will never (not only to Wayne, but to anyone) let my hard earned trading money to be managed to anyone but me.

Needless to say, I really feel sorry if Wayne proves to be a scammer like many many others on the net and in real life. As someone wrote on a previous post, a sucker is born every second and I personally happened to be a sucker in the past (not in trading but in another business) too. Everyone can be deceived especially when the promise is clear and very promising and the price you have to pay is easy. After all, is just money and most of the people love the idea to have someone else multiply it for them for a small fee....

I dont think so. That is Slack's opinion and he is entitle to say so. Thats what happend to this thread before, anything contra to Jacko gospel was deleted or binned. I hope that will not be repeated.

How did people get scamed by jako?

They sent the money straight into a bank account? (wire transfer) ?

To be honest, I don't really like this type of "business" scams and wharever you name it, because if more incidents like this happen, who the hell know what type of *new legislation anti-fraud* the govern. will bring on and will also have some side effects for people who are HONEST!

james16, I don't know who you are (I'm not spending my time on forums) and I'm not going to say that you are like jacko (it seems that a lot of people started to point the finger at you) but the bottom line is that surfing in your website I came to a page where it's wrote: " Sign-Up... Member's Area ($129.00) "

And to be honest I'm not expecting a respons from you. I just feel that I had to emphasis that bottom line.

And I'm sorry for people who lost their funds here, but... really I have to know: do you guys sent the funds wire? This is a very crucial information for me to know if I will feel sorry for you or not. :-)

It looks like Jacko hasn't used his other usernames in a while, I'm talking about fxtrader29 and newbietrader101. I'm sure he also has other usernames besides these.

How can you tell that? Its groundless.

Even if he has scammed somebody, that doesn't mean the anti-hedging strategy is not sound. If someone uses a good entry method, it is a great arsenal.

Strategies are not for random entry guys. You have to be picky and if you are not, then any strategy will fail.

TL This is not groundless it is fact whoever he is he scamed a substantial number of people and some funds were paid into one of those other persons [identities] account.He [they] are now gone just connect the dots

PS I am not saying some of us havent learn't valuable info from him [them] [I have] even if only how great a length people will go to to set up a scam.
I also admit he had me fooled and I believed I am wise in the way of the world. Just goes to show it pays to be paranoid

this may be old news but i hope everyone will give this man a chance. i was sent this anonomously. this is from wayne.


After almost 5 years of consecutive profitable Quarters, I am now in a trading "slump". Last Quarter was my first losing Quarter and, even though it was only a small percentage loss for the Quarter, I am very disappointed. Since the beginning of this Quarter started, I have not covered myself in glory but I am optimistic that the turnaround will happen soon. (And remember, I am NOT a signal seller. They are NOT a recommendation. These are just MY trades that I publish here).

On a more positive note, our lawyers have now recovered the funds from our recalcitrant ex-employee. We expect the funds to be deposited into our account in the next 24-48 hours and we expect to remit the final three investors from the small trading group by early next week. This issue has been a major distraction and I can't wait to put this issue behind me and just focus on my trading. (And the next person who asks me if I would ever consider starting up a "business" again, will get a resounding "NO!!!!" for an answer).

why the hell do i get heat when someone else supposedly screws up.

it happens all the time.

This is clear. People accuse him of taking the investment fund away. If he returns the money, he will have a chance, if not no chance, as simple as that.
