If not for the 30% yearly guarantee I might be swayed into believing that he did not start it out as Ponzi...but I just cannot reconcile that 30% yearly guanrantee with anything other than a fraud from the beginning. You have to be really dumb to guarantee that and I don't think from what I have seen that he is dumb, he might be a psychopath, but he is not dumb in my book.

As a $500 member, I think the guarantee was for a 30% return in the first year only - not that that makes much difference !

yeah that might be him, looks like he's been looking for a new job last year, but probably didn't find what he was looking for. His degree in economic science might explain his knowledge of the markets. For those that got scammed might wanna check the graduating class of 2001 at Murrow High School in NY and probably look for someone with the last name Knowles, I'm pretty sure his real name is not Wayne Jackson. Knowles was the name on his account before he got smart and changed it to Jackson Fortress

hmm ? so is/was he just a signal provider ?????

as per his blog where he is writing about educational training .. or do u have to pay 200 more to recieve a educational training ???

The cost of this “educational training” is USD$700 for a 12 month period (This fee is to ensure that only traders who are serious about trading are involved). Also, this covers the cost of international SMS messages for one year. NOTE: The total cost for the full 12 months is USD$700...that is less than $2 per day.

funny how people get scammed every day ... thought that most peeps are more aware nowadays ... looks like u all have been madoffed ..

I am an American who now resides in Asia. I am amazed and angry at how stupid our Government and businesses has been.
I watch, almost on a daily basis, the growth of the Asian economies and realised some time ago that ole George and his recent predecessors have squandered the enormous wealth of America on foolish follies.

I have been following this thread and it's recent developments, (only out of interest). If there is one thing I can help with, it is analyzing text. Someone mentioned this before, and with confidence I can say with the English Jacko uses, there is no way in hell he is American. The above is only one example. Being Canadian, and someone who has associated with educated people from all over the world.. There is nothing more British Commonwealth than using "Ole". This is only one example of many.

It's hard to believe this ended the way it did. After reading much of Jacko's stuff, in my early trading days, it was easy to immediately dismiss the anti-hedging strategy as a bunch of crap. I could never understand why people believed this would work.. "Just take a trade.. and if you were dead wrong and are losing on it.. just try it again.. just take the trade again.." WTF... Think about this people... He said this would "minimize drawdowns"???? So you trade 10 lots and you are down 100 pips.. Then you enter again with 10 lots and it goes another 100 pips against you... Yep sure minimized that drawdown.

This is an unorganized ramble because I'm drunk.. But like I said.. Read his text - Wayne Jackson - not an American.

Hi, looks like there is another scam here in FCR forum. Someone says Fxa take their money and then don't provide service and also he make false claims about his wins. I think forex factory managers should look into it to stop dishonest people operate here in factory.

Thats the way I look at it.

In Rastaman's own words, "Jako's site was unimpressive right form the start, not a single chart on the site,..."

So he sends the guy $700? I just don't get it.

I wouldn't send a person one single USD who I have never met, don't know who he/she is outside of some made up User Name on a message board.

I just don't get it.

Of course you don't get it, you are new here.

I joined Jacko's private forum after reading about it in the commercial thread.

Of course, one can not get access to the so called "Educational site" without paying first. I joined, Jacko ignored my question about one of his trades, I asked for my money back and was sent this email by him.

I a wondering just who these other people are on FF?

Hi,

I would like to know if it is possible to cancel my subscription and get a refund.
The reason I am asking this is that I am not happy nor satisfied with the instructional material on the site, in fact I believe it is not instructional at all but merely a journal of your trades. Many of which I fail to see the value of. Also, I am displeased that my mail request for information about the reasons for entry was totally ignored, and then you demanded an apology from me. Also, I sent you the email as requested and have heard nothing back from you about this at all, I suspect because the reason this mail was overlooked was at your end.

Anyway, please let me know your thoughts on this, and if you can divide the fee I paid my 12 and deduct the amount of money that I have already used in being a member of your site, it would be appreciated.

Yours Sincerely

Steve

I apologize for the delay but I didn't want to act rashly, so I sent a copy of your request to two senior traders in the group for their opinion on what I should do. However we are all in agreement that you received exactly the same information as everyone else prior to joining, so no refund is justified. They were quite uncompromising in their responses. One even discussed that it was like asking a broker to reverse a trade after the fact.

However, I am prepared to compromise. If, after 12 months, you are unsatisfied with what you have learned and seen, I will refund your joining fee.

This is a lifetime career that is available to traders and people who want to make a serious effort to get out of their current situation.

Wayne Jackson is a typical name, it might be a coincidence, or maybe you have the right person... about the trading experience... "Wayne" had 15 years of futures experience that does not mean he did not have more years of experience in other markets and maybe it did equal to about 30 years of market experience when looking at all the various markets.
