2 quick trades at the start of lunch break

- must be quick, coz it probably a corrective move turning to impulsive, uncertain though the price was moving up. Thief a few then quit.

Terrible small trading room so it was hard to erect the table piece by piece within the room, I couldnt do the erection in other bigger space coz it simply couldnt move into the little room afterward. Anyway, I have my proper trading room now, which is adjacent to living room. While my family is watching TV programme or doing other silly things etc, I can also enjoy the family...

I'm really pleased that you've got your new trading room set up in your new home. I'm sure it's been a busy time moving the family and all the stuff.

I work from home and I have my wife (to be) and 18 month son at home too. So I have "office hour rules" so that I can work as well as I could if I were in an office away from home. The doors are closed during my work hours and it's my space to make our living. If I couldn't do that I would find an office away from home. But I'm lucky that it works. Before I was trading full time, I would work in an office away from home and in other countries, so this is great and my Mrs respects that.

If Mickey Mouse or loud crying fills the air, I have my headphones and relaxation music to keep me "in my zone".

If I'm at home at weekends (and in the evenings) and want to do some work, it's open office so the chaos can join me

The wife? Well she has a great set up! Laptop on the kitchen table so she can do her "1 trade a day", cook, wash, feed the baby, etc ...all in that room.

Yes, for sure. I review my trades these few days and the pip/trade was only around 5, that's why the broker really love me. Still take sometime back to my normal way ~ around 10p per trade, then the % to broker would be much lower.

I rememebr a scalper that posted about 2 years worth of trades a account sheet. That showed he was making about the same as his broker was .. But the amount was enough for him to be a fulltime trader and he was happy to share the wealth.

It is alll in the eyes of the beholder. I look at my ballance and don't really consider what I pay to trade , I know many in other trades that can just as easily lose money on a deal by miss estimating a job just as fast as we can , and it can cost them thier whole bussiness .

So this is by far the best self employement I can think of.. No employees insurance workmans comp. overhead is low. Just keep on you will be back where you were before and more soon.

Glad to see you and family on holiday after the move , sure you deserve a break.. Take care and have fun ..

Appreciated you guys drop by. Really great holidays without computer for several days.

-> Ken, during a few day rest, may be I have figured out my problem was (since I moved), now feel better. Hope that I wont hesitate again to enter a trade.

Yes, after I moved in the new house I have switched up my lot size then my entries were much with hesitation. After several days without computer, I do figure out that I have to switch down my lot size to previous size in order to get back my patience, confident and the ways I play. Seems it work.

I found it similar with me.
I have a much easyer time letting a position run in a nice trend if my risk is lower. Now all I need is some trends to catch. Right now I risk about 1/2% of account. My goal is to go to 1% and be as comfortable with it.
That is, I would be able to sleep without stop moved to BE.
