Twee should shut the entire Commercial section down for that matter, it is not adding any value to the Forum other then entertainment.

Keeping this thread going for a while, at least until Wayne is behind bars and we actually have some physical proof of what he did or didn't do, will help similar people contemplating investing with managers they find on the web.

Before we have any proof or evidence, can we stop calling name on any poster, especially garrye who seems keen to get Jacko. I mean if he is to charge a reasonable fee to catch the scammer, I don't think it is a problem for me. He will be just like another lawyer or private detective charging a fee for their service. Let's stop easily call any body a scammer. Jacko is another story, because he is holding investors' funds and cutting off communication. Before he did this, I still considered him just another signal service charging a fee like so many companies are doing. But now he has changed the game rule and so we call him a scammer. My humble 2 cents.

Ah please, here is a poster from Thailand, that out of the goodness of his heart is going to help a victim from Canada recover 100k from a guy invested with in HK who lives in Singapore.

If you believe that, I have a bridge for sale.

No senseless name calling at all, just calling a spade a spade, you going to trust some dodgy poster from Thailand, "his" lawyers and "his" private investigators?

Your local law enforcement agency will do the whole thing for free and will put Jacko away for a few years to boot.

Its only natural that this thread will be exploited. Jacko's people will try to post disinformation, others will see this as a perfect opportunity to exploit a bunch of people who have already been proven to be susceptible to manipulation. Things are developing exactly as you'd expect it to, and most adgendas are crystal clear.

However, one of the reasons that many people are in this mess in the first place is because Twee decided to hide negative comments regarding Jacko.

The more exposure this gets, the more chance of some sort of a resolution. If they close it down, it'll pop up elsewhere, at least its buried in the commercial section away from a wider audience. It'll die a death anyway eventually.

I do understand that you want to protect the business model of scamming naive people, but you should also understand that I'd prefer this thread to be very active so that they are informed.
I am just a trader who is jealous to see that people like Jacko make money far easier than me and I want to blow out their business, at least a little. If you really were a trader, you'd understand my frustration.

so ok, you gave the guy(a person who you've never seen or spoke with, and, an internet based business) money, then go hire an attorney, go to the proper authorities and file a complaint and get legal proceedings underway, instead of trying to fight with unassociated people over the internet, which will solve nothing for you......

real traders give money to other "traders"(people over the internet, who they have never seen or met)? that's a new one on me bud......

so before you label me and think you know my situation, you should think before you make accusations.

This thread has gone down the crapper and it is doing absolutely nothing to help anyone....... other than maybe warn others before sending money to someone they have never really met.... but I doubt that will do any good either since greed rules.

Why close it, it's more believable now than when your master was "trading???" for the fund and "making money???" for the fund, yet at the same time his signals for the 700 club were not profitable...go figure..send them a statement showing a profit and I will be dam if anybody can convince them otherwise.

It's people like this that helped him, whether knowingly or not, to steal your hard earned money. Stop this nonsense about FF and Twee, the pumpers and serial clean up reports senders are the ones responsible.

I ask all the people that lost money whether or not they would have done more due diligence, or not invested at all, had all these clowns not been around worshiping God.

wwwin, his strategy worked, and is still working. he was posting live real time trades on DailyFX for over a year. you have not done your homework on this matter.

wwwin, I received text messages for the last year (365 days) from Wayne Jackson on his trade entries. 3 out of 4 quarters were profitable. the last quarter was a minor loss. How do you explain that?

wwwin, call the guy a scammer, whatever. don't try to tell anyone his trend trading strategy didn't work, because it did, and still does.

one more...wwwin, he was never a signal service. ok i'm done.

you are a one of a kind internet personality...quite interesting. you gonna get the feds to call me again? that was a real laugh...

After having read the last 1,000 posts (ok, I might have skipped a few) it looks like no-one has actually supplied a definitive answer to what has happened to Jacko or the funds he has been given.

Maybe he was in a car accident and has ended up in hospital where he cant answer emails. But apparently can still blog <shrugs> Maybe he's messed up his fund and now in the shit. Ultimately to most of us, it doesn't really matter.

The real questions are why those involved didn't do due diligence in the first place, why haven't they contacted the authorities after failing to contact him and why is everyone speculating about what's happened without having a shred of evidence to support any theory?

If you are directly involved in having lost money, go and seek professional help from the authorities and the legal profession.

If you're not involved, why waste your time posting here? But then, I figure that's probably falling on deaf ears
