i tried ([email protected]). Sometimes it comes up as sunnyvale ca and sometimes plainfield illinois

The email address he posted for his wife is ([email protected]), this always comes up as plainfield illinois.

How come some people get singapore?

you have to show email header that was sent from [email protected] to your email (look here for more info http://aruljohn.com/info/howtofindipaddress/ ), after you are able to see email header you have to find latest reference like this (below ip is only an example!!):

Alternatively you can copy/paste the whole email header at this link in the proper box and it will find automatically the IP number : http://aruljohn.com/info/howtofindipaddress/#ipdetect

Absolutely correct, however, wouldn’t his posting be like a house robber turning all the lights on thinking to himself that if the home owners arrive they will just think somebody is home?

Seems to me that if he posts to his blog he’s risking a lot more than he stands to gain.

jackos still posting on his blog because he has a lot more investors who dont read ff the hsbc account should be frozen today and hopefully there will be some funds left,also guys you all know how brokers work you cant divert funds from your trading account to a other named account it has to go back to original back account. its a stall tactic about someone dirverting funds.watch out for supporters of jacko on here adds to the smoke screen.there somethings going on behind the scenes here, hold tight our aim to to get jackscam.

That's the only logical conclusion that I have heard so far as to why he is posting. But how do you know he was even trading or using a broker. He may not have traded at all and operated strictly as a Ponzi scheme and all the quaterly statements may have been all made up.

i think it would be a good idea for FF to have at the top of the commercial forum (or even as the default 'most recent post' in a commercial thread) in BIG BOLD LETTERS an "investor checklist"

ie., questions you should get answers to before investing with an FF commercial member

it seems investors were happy to give cash to Jacko purely on the hype surrounding his thread, consequently they never thought it prudent to research Jacko, audited records, assurances re security of funds etc

perhaps investors would have been more diligent if an "investor checklist" stared them in the face everytime they entered Jacko's thread (or any commercial thread)

equally, i dare say Jacko's scam (if it is a scam!?) would never have even got off the ground, because the forum culture would be one of, "Jacko hasnt answered these questions satisfactorily so I dont invest with him"

this is my opinion only
i think this JACKO AND HIS COHORTS may have commited a crime

if so they need to be punished.

traders of the forex are like my family i care deeply so if a friend is hurt i bleed its simply that

: SO I HOPE JACKO GETS HIS JUST REWARDS

I THINK THE FOREX FACTORY COMERCIAL CENTER has a a responsibilty on them to moniter the companys or firms that pay them money for there advertisments

after all they can be held liable in a fraud case in my opinion as common law overides contractual law

SO IF IT IS PROVEN FRAUD WAS INVOLVED FF IN MY OPINION COULD BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES suffered

FRAUD IS A CRIME
fraud in english law is common law therefore common aw overides all other contractual law , eg a contract to commit murder for a fee

no mater how the contract was drawn up or legal liabilities documents agreements they are void when a crime under common law is breached

fraud is common law so ff contract of indemnity is void if a law has been broken

so i think these poor people may have a legal redress on the owners of the comercial site if satisfaction cannot be obtained through the fund

i think the forex factory should moraly help the victims with disclosure to help them trace jacko and help them retrieve there losses

its my opinion only i could be wrong

BUT IT IS A WARNING TO ALL THAT PAY MONEY OUT ON THE COMERCIAL FORUM OR OTHERS WHO CLAIM UNBELIEVABLE RETURNS ONE MUST

THINK IS IT TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE

so i think in future all forex members need to think first

there are people that are not as honset as you and i

I guess I did not have all the details when I last posted... All of us must feel that our trust has been betrayed, I saw him as a teacher. I hope the funds of the victims will be recovered. With every passing day it seems like the investors will get a hair cut... I really do hope the money is safe.


Not sure if anyone did a search on the company registration in Hong Kong. Im attaching the info... For any details of any possible significant value you must pay though.

hi everybody. have been following this thread once in a while although it has de-generated into worthless bickering since 4-5 mths back. however i've been reading it daily ever since this fiasco started. honestly i'm dumbfounded and shocked to discover that this could be one large ponzi scheme

i'm not sure whether there're any fellow singaporeans here. but forexfactory has treated me well with threads by other mentors such as strat and james16. feel its time to give back and help a little. if anyone needs to verify any residential/office addresses or phone numbers like the HK guy did i'll be most willing to offer my services

from the looks of things i believe it should be a group of ppl running the show which could explain his blog being updated daily but any form of communication to investors have broken down.

another alternative could be to track down this Mr Chan who claims to have seen jacko by any means possible and get a lead from there.

hope all investors see the light at the end of the tunnel soon and get your funds back.
