And for me....this is a perfect example of why I do not like having a commercial section in this Forum....regardless of any good intentions by some...
There are people on this forum that must have had concerns of how the business was going....But nobody stood up and questioned it..

billflet......well I did not know you could do that without renting the space...regardless of whether you put anything in the office.....things ya learn

People did question what was going on, but they were shot down fast. An earlier poster blamed "the culties", but last time I checked the Mods were supposed to be running things. Who knows. I have to say I am curious about this. I hope people are able to get something back. I wish them well.

So when you give the details of the business address and such...you provide only a phone number from Singapore....and none from the so called office.....strange...

I did a simple online phone number search for Hong Kong and it came up with nothing for that business name.......

Any posts that talked bad about Jacko were deleted and those who kept on and on were banned.
Now I've tried all the numbers from which they were sent SMS. And I discovered once again step forward. One works and is functional and can call on him. It is directed to Singapore. Can someone please try to call this number and ask why they were out of this number before sending SMS and if you know someone named Wayne Jackson?

My English is not very good calls and so I could not agree with them.

The interesting thing is that this phone number of SMS that went before has a site on this company: http://www.nh-zx.net/nhkk.asp

It's about Chinese and that's before you put Google Translate but the bottom is the phone number.

All these investors gave a guy they met on a forum with only a mobile phone and a blog 100k of their money, do you really think they understand what guaranteed returns implies? Taxes and death, that's it.

I can just see them sitting around the kitchen table at night, "honey let's give this guy a 100k from our hard earned savings", "you sure it is safe and legit", "of course it is I met him on a webforum and he guarantees us 30% return per annum and if the market goes against him he will give us his own money" "OK honey sounds really good, let's do it, I mean what could ever go wrong, if the market goes against us we just end up with his money." "I know isn't it amazing that a wonderful man like him will give us a guaranteed return, nobody else in this business ever does that."

It's true. I wandered into the thread and saw a lot of stuff being said. I actually said that Jacko appeared to be a stand-up bloke. At the time I posted I didn't know there was a fund. I thought everybody was talking about the $700 turtle fee. Another member of FF has now explained to me about the fund which raised instant BIG RED FLAGS to me. Once you became a turtle, you were then "offered" the opportunity to invest in the fund.

It all makes so much sense to me now that the "fund" has come into the picture. Why would a guy who supposedly trades $2,000 a pip need to take minimum investments of $5,000 from people? Because it's a scam.

Oh, and if this all turns out to be all right (which I doubt), then Jacko can sue me for libel. You don't cut communication with your clients where investor money is concerned and then put some vague message on your blog saying that some employee had diverted funds.

Not total up to 100k, several of his turtles gave him 100k each with a guaranteed return of 30% per annum and the guy was so nice that if the return would ever drop below 30, he would make it up out of his own pocket. I mean how could one resist? He could not even get his basic math right, he paid out 30% a year in 7.5% quarterly returns guaranteed, but 7.5% quarterly is actually 34% a year, ah well bit too late to argue the finer points of his "fund" documents.

The funny bit is though, there are still several of them here defending him. He is not answering any of his emails, his blog has gone, his phones are disconnected. Yeah I am sure all is fine.

I love to be proven wrong and all of this having a happy ending, but a "fund manager" who has gone on holiday "to clear his mind" as some stated here who emailed and posted on his blog that all would be able to redeem from the fund but that he had a staff member that made a mistake on all of the bank transfers and would need another week or so to sort it, is in all likelihood long gone and enjoying his retirement in a locale with no extradiction treaty with HK, Singapore or the States.

Nobody seems to have seen my post yesterday. When i joined his 2nd 'turtle' group 2 years ago, i sent my $500 to someone called L.A Knowles, not the Jackson Fortress account which later people are reporting.

Maybe L.A Knowles is his real name?
