Could it be that this way some people still believe him, as seen here, even after the diversion of funds statement, and will believe him no matter how many stories there are. Time is on his side, yes it is.

it was just a thought and how out of character this routine is compared to most scams.I mean unless he is a sadistic SOB and like to inflict emotional pain and suffering...
I have nothing to gain or lose from this side show either way.
By the way I was a member of the first group..... but I declined his offer to manage my funds ..... just so you are all clear on where I am in this. Not that it really matters.

Oh my my......first rule is dont give money to be invested if you cant afford to lose it..it should be considered gone as soon as you hand it over.....and good luck if the result is good..


I am curious as to why this thread is still on the forum if a scam may have resulted from it....

Even today, Jacko did not heard and did not write to his blog. I fear the worst. I also think that the story of the staff only wants to get some time and give people hope in the wrong. I think it's a huge fraud and deception is that it was newbietrader101, which was a compliment because it is here about a year ago dealt with the ForexFactory tried their IP address and said that Jack is not newbietrader101. Worst of all for me is the disgrace that so many people are deceived, and even stole our hard-earned money. Thus all the fraud and there is no Jacko and never really involved in trade and money could not earn forex. I always thought that this is possible only in the film and it is reality

This site is only for members of Wayne Jackson's two groups of traders.

After a number of requests over the last year to trade on behalf of others, I finally agreed to Mark's request to establish a Managed Forex Fund.

The Jackson Fortress Asset Management Ltd (Managed Forex Fund) will be different:

1. I will be depositing USD $100,000 into the account as a starter fund for the Account. That deposit will stay in the Account for such time as the Account is operational.The Account will be traded as a totally separate account by myself (Wayne Jackson) and will be Audited by qualified Accountants each quarter.

2. On the basis of our previous success over the last three years, we are prepared to guarantee a minimum 30% return in the first year. Given our trading success, we estimate that we will exceed that figure quite comfortably.

3. The returns will be paid quarterly, with a minimum 7.5% per quarter. (30% divided by 4)

4. In any quarter where the return is higher than 7.5%, then 70% of the excess will be paid to the investor and 30% will be paid as a performance fee to Jackson Fortress Asset Management Ltd.

5. Should the fund not achieve the 7.5% in any quarter, that shortfall will be deducted from the $USD 100,000. The USD $100,000 will then be topped up from private sources.

So, basically what I am offering is a fund where the minimum return is 30% per annum ( 7.5%paid quarterly). Any excess over 7.5% per quarter will be paid out in the proportion of 70/30 to the investor/JacksonFortress. The fund will be guaranteed for $100,000 of losses in any one quarter.

1. Is there a minimum deposit. Yes $5,000

2. Is there a maximum deposit limit Yes $50,000

3. Is there a minimum time to invest? i.e. 1 yr, 5 yrs Three months (it is forex, not stocks)

4. Can we add to the initial investment? yes anytime? yes

5. Can the quarterly return have the option of being taken or reinvested? yes

6. Can the full deposit be withdrawn or part of it, at say one month notice, if the money is needed due to unforeseen circumstances? Yes, After the first three months, the funds are available on one months notice

7. Any advice regarding taxes? The Account is based here in Hong Kong where taxes are minimal. However, individual tax liability of each investor in each country of residence is a matter for your own personal attention. Please be aware that Hong Kong has a comprehensive rule of law and low tax rates.

I apologise for all the Disclaimers etc below, but they are boiler plate to all Funds (I actually authorised the deletion of some 15 pages of the worst disclaimers).

It's possible that it's him. And comes from Lithuania and founded the company. Maybe it's the next step how to find him.

First clue was that he only uses gmail addresses, what kind of fund is that? not even a website or private hosted email.
Second clue, guaranteed returns, minimal guaranteed returns of 30% per year, and if the fund did not perform at 30% profit per year, he would put his own money to provide 30% returns.

Over the past two years, has anyone ever been paid profits from the fund? The agreement above guarantees a quarterly profit of at least 7.5%, even if it had to be taken from Jacko's own seed money. If he never kept that part of the agreement, flags should have gone up long ago.

In a lot of these cases, the fund operators don't start out as a scam-- not completely. They really think they can make money and end up blowing the account instead. Then they get quiet for a while, then offer a few weak excuses, then they're gone.

The unethical part is that they inflate their background and abilities, then when they get their mitts on your cash and start trading, they won't admit they're getting into trouble early on. Instead they take tremendous risks and get in deeper. Last year a friend of mine got taken by one of these birds--blew his account almost over night.

Or they really do plan it as a scam.

Not saying any of this is the case with Jack-o. In the end there'll be a bizarre and amazing story. We'll all know soon enough.

Well am scanning all my documents i have last statment and opening paper work.

Ready to try file case with interpol on Monday and HSBC HK if i dont hear anything back from JACKO.

If this is case that some fund members been hit then they should be communicated to and advised of set actions

Well I find it strange that he said he had an office on the 17th Floor....but is only putting in $100, 000 into the Fund.....
The first expense is for Office space.....and if you dont make profits....the Rent still has to be paid...

But isn't the prefix +65 the area code for singapore.....not Hong Kong
Hong Kong as far as I know is a 3 digit nmber..followed by the phone number....?

He wouldn't need much space--1 sq ft for maildrop to collect checks. It's common for fraudsters to rent a mail box at a prestigious address. There must be a way to call the building manager and find out if "Fortress" ever had an office there.
