hi,im also a ''small investor'' from "his'' trading group and this is very frustrating times . after i learned that sms`s were send from a number of phones and from different countries it felt even worst . there is no wayne jackson , jacko is probably a group of people who practice in scam ( maybe 2 or 3 ) and to be honest they are doing fine job . i dont know what we can do , maybe track phone #s catch them and beat the shit out of them lol , but seriously it cant stay without punishment

As Maxu08 said, no he doesn't. It's a pretty nifty way to remain "in touch" but "out of touch" with your clients because people feel it's more genuine when talking to a real person. They usually think it's the secretary. "No, I'm sorry, Mr such and such isn't in the office today" (when in actual fact the person doesn't even live in the country). Those serviced/virtual offices don't care. They get their fee.

Well at least the company is real. I've checked the Hong Kong Companies Register. Not that this means anything. Did anyone ever get any audited accounts stating the registered office and directors? Wayne Jackson should have been listed as a shareholder and/or director.

I didn't even invest with the fund and I wasn't a turtle but I'm starting to feel queasy for those of you who invested money with the fund.
Nothing worth having is easy.

I know it is probably easy to grill us (those who are invested) and yes I am embarrassed and humiliated and at a loss not only financially but emotionally dealing with this. I know it is easy for people to jump on the bandwagon that we should have done this or that. Hnindsight is 20/20 and I wish I knew what I know now. I wish maybe you could support us or at the very least have a bit of compassion. But I could use anyone's support at this stage. There are so many people on this forum , I am sure there are resources and if we could pool ideas or contacts together it would be helpful. I would help anyone I could.

I feel queasy and I only paid for (went halves) the education. Was extremely happy with everything but although he can obv trade well and knows his economics, somethings up. People have given Jacko their life's savings.

I do have compassion for you and the innocent though naive investors. I don't have any compassion for the pumpers that harassed me for pointing out the obvious.

As a former Jacko follower I can recall that he supposedly flew in an aussie trader to HK to see what his system could do (may have been on his blog). Does anyone recall who that was and did he even exist? If so he may help in verifyimg some things.

I did feel I got value at the time but have to say things are looking a little ominous at this stage.

Makes one wonder how big the fund really was (supposedly 150-200k )as it seems to be a hell of a lot of work for what appears to be not a large amount of money (but if it was alot larger that would make things different) as (this possible scam) has been conducted over several years.

Also if you do the numbers how many people paying $700 are in the so called 2 small groups of traders?

Something just doesn't seem to add up for all the effort involved. Hope all works out well for everyone involved.

When I joined, I went through old entries in the blog. I think the guy was Geoff but it seemed to fizzle out in the blog. There was also talk of a new website but looks like that didnt come off either. Probably people that have been invented to give more credibility, like Mark with his band of merry investors, investing $250,000 each.

I asked how many members he had in the second group before I joined. He just said he would take people until it gets 'too unwieldy'

We feel for you guys/gals...i hope everything will be resolved and you guys get your money back...its hard to lose your hard earned cash to some scammer on the forum. This Jacko came out as a respectable trader and he had some briliiant posts...all this was to lure people into scamming them. What is FF saying about this?

Anybody that previously sent in a "clean up report" to FF b/c the scam was pointed out should lose all their money and more...there are many posts that were binned for bickering, all over FF, not just this thread, b/c the mini turtles were upsted at the truth. Where is FF when yu need them.....this scam is happening on their platform, cant they do or say anything about it. And why did they bin the posts on this thread that said bad things about Jacko, we knew he was a scam so we tried to alert other members, but most of the posts were put in a recycle bin.

His website? Someone has to host it... He must have paid somehow for the service (credit card)

Surely you could track this asshole down somehow... Not even involved and i want his head on a stake

What I struggle to understand is why all the waffle on the blog, I'd have thought if he was going to make off with the funds he'd have done so when he took time off to "get his mind straight", why bother coming back and posting again? Or getting someone else to do it?

I have to say that everything points to a fraud, but just one tiny bit of my mind is holding onto a hope that you guys get your cash back.

Personally I have enough issues with letting a broker have my cash, but there isn't an alternative to that.......... no way I could let anyone loose to trade that cash tho.

As it looks like the blog is hosted on blogspot where eveyone can create a blog for free and without metioning their real name.

ForexFactory is just a plattform the FF-Staff has nothing to do with the people running their commercial threads here. So there is little they can do to help. Providing IP Addresses from which he frequently posted might be possible but those could be hidden behind a proxy server.

Well good luck. If someone mysteriously is unable to answer emails or phonecalls for weeks after reciving a large sum of money he's probably already enjoying your cash somewhere on the sunny beaches of Thailand.

No disrespect to people losing their hard earned cash, but why send money to a guy you met on the web? If he runs a fund, where are the PPM's, where are the previous audits, where is the fund registered, who is the IM? Lots of simple questions you should get answers to before sending any money anywhere.

If you are that gullible I know of a few Nigerian funds that would love to have your email address.

IM's trading OPM are not going to find their investors on forums. Give it time and someone else will appear to fill the gap.

On a more serious note, those having send him 50k or more, don't hang about call a lawfirm in HK and start process against his company immediately. If there is any money or assets, the first one at the door will have the greatest chance of recovering anything.

As a further note, you cannot start a CIF in HK without being registered so make a call to the SFC down there and see if they have heard of him or his company.
